    Cross check on a variety of expressive or receptive language disorders which are frequent with nutritional deficiencies, trauma, adhd, anxiety etc. lots of people prefer to use more direct language but can’t and have to lean on other cognitive processes. If they seem relatively unable to say what they want to say that is likely more of a language disorder, but if they can speak clearly and choose to use a lot of (insert your expressions of mind blowing up etc here) then perhaps it could be more type related.
