The reason hypnotists say that is because, if I say that only smart people can be hypnotized, and I say that in front of a group, then everyone will want to volunteer to show how smart they are. So they'll comply. Then, when others see that it worked, they'll be more suggestible. And this is how mass delusion works.

Be more careful with people - he touched his heart, meaning that was uncomfortable. Hypnosis should not be treated lightly especially when you leave them without any explanation or rational/logical connection with it, it may cause them mental "harm". Also ask them if they have physical heart or mental issues, because using hypnosis on people with such, in that flashy show manner, can be harmful as well. The mind is not a toy, especially when you leave the person and never see him again.

I'm reading and watching everything I can get my hands on from hypnosis to NLP magic tricks! And his has became an obsession. Im 100 % certain I can hypnotise someone, given that I have deemed then "easily suggestable" but I'm afraid to try it because I don't wanna be throwing around suggestions in the next Jeffrey Dahmer's Head and them flip out. I've seen a few deminstrations where the person kinda flipped out kinda like ole dude in this video. I wonder how often it happens?

Hypnosis CAN work this way, but actually rarely. The main key is to get the subject to agree with your narrative and then start unconsciously telling him/herself that same story. It's similar to sleight of hand magic in that, once you convince the spectator that the coin is in the other hand, when you open it and it's not there, they're stunned.
Good job Lion ! I scanned and it felt like totally legit. This was no acting I know dat much. I still believe though that one cannot be hypnotized without their consent. As a psychic in my experience, it's kinda like that at least...I do my most amazing readings when the person is open and trusts >>>rather than when a person is skeptical and wants to just test me and is fearful I might discover private stuff they would like to hide not just from me, but from themselves even ! In that same vein, I read a few times that even Jesus whenever he would perform a miracle, would always first ask the person if he believed he could heal them! If the answer was in the affirmative, the job was already halfway done ya know what I'm saying!? I would like to read your perspective on that given your statement at the end of the video saying that the more a person thinks it will not work with them, the more it can! Please explain . It's simply that people misunderstand what makes hypnosis work and not work :)
People think a "strong mind" means they're more difficult, but that's a misconception.
Their conviction is actually what makes it work more easily. That's because conviction is an emotional stance,
and emotion helps allow for hypnosis. So I encourage "strong" minds lol :P
Oh I see what you mean now...But tell me, dya think you could do it on a person who willingly minds himself to refuse your suggestion (meaning resisting your suggestions) I was told in the past that it wouldn't work or it would be more difficult. I'm sure you must have came across someone who just wanted to prove himself and show you that you can't !? I'm just curious to know, and if so, how did it go please. ? Thanks...
I know there are other ways humans can be hypnotized such as subliminally without their knowledge and it works because it bypasses their knowledge of it actually happening.

Hi! I have a question. Once a person is hypnotized and the suggestion are put in their minds, how long do those suggestions stay there ? Is it something that can wear off, so to speak? I am going to get hypnotized to stop smoking cigarettes and really want this to work. Is there anything that I can do to help make sure that it works? Hey Stacy! The suggestions will stick for as long as I keep them there. However, if an amateur hypnotist were to "forget" to clear the suggestions before waking them up, they would eventually and naturally fade like a dream.
Hypnotherapy is quite different though, with that, the suggestions are more permanent because it is also your desire for them to be permanent. The best way you can prepare would be to simply TRULY desire to change and be free and healthier. The energy of your desire is what will lead to your success :)

I'm only 12 years old and I've done it to four people in the last 1 or 2 year(s), I've done so much research to know different ways and how to do everything, and I only do it too people when I'm hidden and no ones around in case it doesnt work I also only do it to people I know really well so it doesnt make it werid between us, if you were going to do it, do it to someone your close to and trust, also like me I would only do it to friends until your good enough to do it yo random people, I not yet but I'm getting there, anyways hope that help kinda of how to start doing it

If the man had never seen the room you are hypnotizing him in. What will fill the space where he cant see you, there must be wall behind where you actually are.
And can you hypnotize multiple people at once? Like completely dissapear from a room.
He will imagine what that wall would look like. Hypnosis is much about your imagination.

David, I once heard that hypnosis exists and doesn't exist at the same time, the hands are stuck and are not, that guy in this case sees you and doesn't sees you. It all depends on the subjects willingness to participate. But let me ask you something, was this guy too willing? To the point where you had to ask him to stay up and balanced?

Anish Tiwari and All Else - Smh. You know I wish people would just be honest. Before I proceed, keep in mind, I've not followed David's videos. I've been alive for decades (yes plural) and I have never known about this guy until last night. I watched about 2 or 3 videos of David's before being distracted by another video off to the right on my screen where you see suggested videos. Ya'll know how RUclips's layout can have you on one video and before you know it, you're off to the next and find yourself having been on RUclips for well over hours completely distracted from what you were originally on RUclips to do. RUclips knew what they were doing when they designed this site to be as sticky as possible especially with browser cookies.
Anyway, back to David. Well, today being back on RUclips looking up stuff looking up some material unrelated to David, I came across another video of David's -- AN OLDER VIDEO FROM 2014; FOUR YEARS AGO (see below) - and guess what (or who) I found? I'll just let you see for yourself:

It's the same damn guy who claimed near the end of 2017 that he had never met the guy before. Smh. Just sloppy. And look, he's even wearing the same outfit. David, you blew your credibility. By this discovery, David comes across as a performer not a real hypnotist. Real hypnotism does not need to be staged. It just is what it is. Are his other videos real? I have no idea and don't really care. I just know he lied to gain the trust of his viewers and I'm not one who likes to be lied to. So off of these two videos alone (as I've not researched his channel), he's been thrown into the category of being a fraud. He did it to himself. So he has only himself to blame.
Lesson to David & All: If you're going to lie, don't get caught in it ESPECIALLY if you rely on the lie to grow your business. If you depend on the lie and make it the foundation of your business growth, then it will be the thing that makes you lose all credibility and your business will eventually crumble when your target audience finds out you've been lying to them. You ever been lied to? How did it make you feel? Did you still trust that person 100%? Natural human behavior is to lose trust in that person. Just natural.
Lesson to All: You can literally NOT even care about the Truth and the Truth will seek you out anyway as if it demands your attention. I cared nothing about the validity of his videos and honestly still don't I was already skeptical, but it did not stop Truth from seeking me out to have Itself revealed in this moment anyway. I would find it hard to believe that nobody else caught it (whether you just heard of David today or prior). Maybe the Spirit of Hypnotism is tired of being made to look like an act; tired of being misrepresented by frauds like David and his crew and folks like them. I don't know. But I guess Truth and the Spirit of Hypnotism knew I'd post this comment and if that is the case, then I do so in honor of what's real and true. Integrity means something to me even if it does not mean anything to David, his crew and those like him. Did I go searching for this lie? Nope. Again, I watched two of his videos and was off to another channel on RUclips. Came back after clicking on another video today (a whole new day) after seeing the title about a failed hypnosis attempt. I was already skeptical about David's performances because that's how they seemed to me in the couple of videos I've seen of his. However, I am not skeptical of hypnosis though because I am well aware of the power of the mind. But what David does, and what I discovered makes me think he's a fraud. So do you think I'll watch any other videos of David? No. If you like to be lied to, then keep watching his videos and supporting his fraudulent ways. Maybe he'll turn over a new leaf, I don't know. Because again hypnosis is real but maybe he has not learned how to do it so has to lie about it. I don't know his reason for resorting to lying to you and the rest of his viewers in the videos I posted; only he can tell you that. Why did he feel it was necessary? Was it a desperate move to get attention because he saw a decline when looking at the stats/numbers, or is this just something he does regularly? Is he a pathological liar? I have no idea and not going to spend the time trying to find out. But the viewers have a right to know and be shown the proof David himself has already posted for anyone to find, which one might ask, 'Does that make him arrogant in his fraud?' I don't know but if you care to know then talk to him; just know he might lie to you. He's done it before so why would he all of a sudden be honest? Things people will ask themselves. I just go on what he's posted for you to see he lied to you and did not apologize for it, and may have no intent to apologize. Anyway, I think David's performances are best for people who want to be entertained by staged hypnosis. His videos make for good entertainment if you like being lied to. I thought to post this as a video (me talking instead of typing) on my channel to my awesome subscribers, but I'd rather keep this where it needs to be. I don't have hypnosis related videos on my channel and don't think I'll start unless my wonderful subscribers express an interest in it and to date they have not. Nothing David can say at this point to gain my trust. So if you're reading this David, save your breath (words). But for your viewers sake, you can attempt to regain their trust and explain why you lied. But leave it up to them whether or not they will give you another chance to be honest with them. That decision is theirs and theirs alone. I'd suggest making a video to make a public apology. That would be a great start and the BEST start that I'd advise you to do at repairing the damage (of trust) you've done to your viewers. It would be a respectable move on your part -- if you choose to do it. We shall see which direction you go -- to continue in fraud or to turn a new leaf and make that public apology in video (even do a RUclips live public apology). A public apology is definitely needed -- not a little comment on a video. MAKE IT PUBLIC IN VIDEO FORMAT if your viewers mean anything to you. ;)

Hi Mr Lion, I am really into hypnosis but i'm scared to put money into it just incase I can't do it myself. I know that this discount is the best time to get it (Thank you so much :)). I have tried it before on a mate but after doing the magnetic fingers technique he just stopped and said he didn't want to do it. Then I read that this technique is something that just happens automatically, nothing to do with hypnosis, but of course I didn't want to tell him that otherwise he wouldn't have done it. Okay, just want to let people know that I bought the course, i'm 50% of the way through and i'm loving it. I have recieved a whole new perspective and realized that there is no right or wrong way of doing this... I have yet to try what I have learned so far but i'll wait until I have finished the course (Maybe A Few Times xD) and watched some more people doing hypnosis. If you think this stuff if fake or whatever then you are wrong. Every step needed is given in this course, shown in detail of both text and video. Brilliant work David Lion. Hey Jamie, I appreciate your question.
It's true that magnetic fingers is physiological, however it CAN be amplified by suggestion.
Also, there are suggestibility tests you can give that are not physiological at all to further convince.
Besides the point though, you are bound to run into people who won't take it seriously, but that shouldn't stop you from continuing to play and create opportunity for those who GENUINELY want to experience the magic of hypnosis.
If I were you, I wouldn't focus on just one person.
For beginner, I HIGHLY recommend starting with a group of 3-5 people.
1. So that you can see and learn from different people's reactions
2. When multiple people are doing it, people become more compliant and open (less pressure)
3. It will HYPER boost your confidence when you see how EASY it is when you do it this way :)

Integrity means something to me even if it does not mean anything to David, his crew and those like him. Did I go searching for this lie? Nope. Again, I watched two of his videos and was off to another channel on RUclips. Came back after clicking on another video today (a whole new day) after seeing the title about a failed hypnosis attempt. I was already skeptical about David's performances because that's how they seemed to me in the couple of videos I've seen of his. However, I am not skeptical of hypnosis though because I am well aware of the power of the mind. But what David does, and what I discovered makes me think he's a fraud. So do you think I'll watch any other videos of David? No. If you like to be lied to, then keep watching his videos and supporting his fraudulent ways. Maybe he'll turn over a new leaf, I don't know. Because again hypnosis is real but maybe he has not learned how to do it so has to lie about it. I don't know his reason for resorting to lying to you and the rest of his viewers in the videos I posted; only he can tell you that. Why did he feel it was necessary? Was it a desperate move to get attention because he saw a decline when looking at the stats/numbers, or is this just something he does regularly? Is he a pathological liar? I have no idea and not going to spend the time trying to find out. But the viewers have a right to know and be shown the proof David himself has already posted for anyone to find, which one might ask, 'Does that make him arrogant in his fraud?' I don't know but if you care to know then talk to him; just know he might lie to you. He's done it before so why would he all of a sudden be honest? Things people will ask themselves. I just go on what he's posted for you to see he lied to you and did not apologize for it, and may have no intent to apologize. Anyway, I think David's performances are best for people who want to be entertained by staged hypnosis. His videos make for good entertainment if you like being lied to. I thought to post this as a video (me talking instead of typing) on my channel to my awesome subscribers, but I'd rather keep this where it needs to be. I don't have hypnosis related videos on my channel and don't think I'll start unless my wonderful subscribers express an interest in it and to date they have not. Nothing David can say at this point to gain my trust. So if you're reading this David, save your breath (words). But for your viewers sake, you can attempt to regain their trust and explain why you lied. But leave it up to them whether or not they will give you another chance to be honest with them. That decision is theirs and theirs alone. I'd suggest making a video to make a public apology. That would be a great start and the BEST start that I'd advise you to do at repairing the damage (of trust) you've done to your viewers. It would be a respectable move on your part -- if you choose to do it. We shall see which direction you go -- to continue in fraud or to turn a new leaf and make that public apology in video (even do a RUclips live public apology). A public apology is definitely needed -- not a little comment on a video. MAKE IT PUBLIC IN VIDEO FORMAT if your viewers mean anything to you. ;)
David Lion this is late but I myself is learning hypnosis!:) I say advice from other hypnotist ! Even if they just barley started. I’m getting advice from a hypnotist and I’m also self teaching myself:) it’s very fun! I say try it and read “reality is plastic”!!
