This was flushed with new oil each time, actually 6 times in the original video. 4 was enough to get to the oil clear. 5 and 6 looked pretty much the same.
@@drumvannelle69 I flushed it with Liqui Moly a few videos before this but it would make the oil dirtier that's for sure! This was the video with the Liqui Moly Engine Flush: ruclips.net/video/rCo6aCed0bo/видео.html

Don't show him the 150k + miles piston heads 😂( for those qho didn't get it they will have a lot of soot on them, and it is perfectly normal. It doesn't affect anything)
bro, i dont get it. Explain it like your talking to a 2 year old please. What my brain tells me, is you changed the oil filter each oil change only and the oil looks better?
This was a clip from my video "how many oil changes does it take to get clear engine oil" ruclips.net/video/4Ag7H1bge3g/видео.html You are correct, I changed the oil 4 times with a new filter each time. I saved the last 3 oil drains for later use.
Above, you have 8000-mile oil. Below, you have clear oil. It took four (4) oil and filter changes - with running the engine for a few minutes in between - to clear the sump out of old oil.
I was just showing how many changes it would take to clear out the sump until clear oil flowed out. Even after 1 oil change there is still oil left inside the baffles, oil passages, and valve train. On some big diesel engines there can be 2 quarts or more remaining inside. This is not a necessary procedure though, it was more of an experiment to see how many it would take.
I’ve heard people add a little ATF before but going 50/50 might be too much h. It would really break down the lubrication properties of the engine oil. I know someone who blew up their engine just adding a quart of ATF into a 5qt sump.
My car is fk*d … its been around 32 THOUSAND Miles, i have never omce chnaged the oil, got it brand new 2k miles few years back… currently has 35200 miles
@@williamk9881 do what you want but if you have a GDI Turbo (either one or both) and most of your driving is not highway, you should change every 4,000 miles. I’m doing every 3,500 now. Always with full synthetic. Too much fuel dilution to go more than that. 5,000 max. Doesn’t matter if the oil says 10,0000 + on the bottle.
Waste of oil .have car warm empty about half of old oil . Put in the oil engine flush chemical and top with new oil and let idle for 40 min. And intermittently revving the engine for 1 minute 2500rpm then remove oil and add new oil and new filter
1 change is enough. The 8k miles oil was still serviceable, in spite getting darker.
Have it tested!
Telling me its gonna take four times to fully clean out my oil “track” through the engine 😬💀😨
Change is sooner won’t have to do all this!
My favourite car engine oil change ever. Question, do you think attempting oil flush with clean oil will produce better results?

Tech tip: Flush your engine with cooking oil that way your mechanic can enjoy the delicious odor as he services your car
As he rebuilds your engine! 😂
@@OwenLucas lol exactly
im confused
There is so much metal in the 8k oil..... shit is going to be fucked....
I can't see any metal, only air bubbles
It looks pretty darn clean to me, honestly still had some life left, but nothing wrong with doing a change of that oil

So ur saying we must do 4 oil changes with few mins of engine running in between for every oil change routine?

Must be a nasty engine. I change my oil and the oil comes out clean on the dipstick for quite awhile. In a Toyota 5.7 liter and a Cummins x15 engine.
Just a 2005 Scion tC, 2.4 liter 4 cylinder Toyota 2AZ-FE. Oil was inside longer than 5k miles though.
To clear the sump out of the oil?

This would be a lot faster doing a single short run with 50/50 ATF and oil for a flush.

Sounds like you might need a flush!
Is there a reason you never changed the oil on a brand new car??
Mauled 🫡
And it still runs fine? Change the oil ASAP lol
Why would you do that?
8,000 mile is double what it should be.
No it’s not
