if i remember this correctly, if you kill toriel then go back to sleep a song called empty house will play, which is a slowed down version of fallen down. people don’t know of the song due to it not being in the ost and this secret being so unknown. it is present in the demos ost though

Not really...Asgore isn't the only one that can harvest a human soul, like Undyne and the royal guard are directly under orders by Asgore to kill any human she sees. Anyone can kill a human and bring their soul to Asgore, he doesn't have to kill them directly.
we can see that in deltarune, kris can move his body without a soul, and the humans restore the souls at the end of the true pacifist route, and probably got out able to move with the souls in their bodies, and that the 6 humans probably weren't dead, they were in the state that kris is without his soul. I think this is what happened, but maybe the soul will also work differently in deltarune, just like determination, and that I'm wrong
