You won't. Once you start learning words, you'll see them as words and not as syllables anymore. But it will take some time and practice, and you'll only be able to do that with words you're very familiar with.

I just went with chapters rather than time based schedule, i've completed his "Korean made simple" lvl 1 and lvl 2 three times, and memorized lots of vocabulary words along with it, and i am on lvl 8 on TTMIK course.

I'm super happy, because I can say all the letters in Hangul, write them, and also I know how to say all their names pretty fast. I'm ready to go to the first class on learning vocabulary

You are the best, Billy!!! I bought a Korean textbook in Korea and it was so disorganised, some pronunciations weren't available and topics were put in a random, unhelpful way. It wasn't even clear about Hangul and I didn't know how to self-study. I ended up abandoning it out of frustration and spent 8 months in Korea being a confused and stressed waygook saram. With your lessons, I feel I can go to Korea again with more confidence and knowledge. Thank you!! ^^
