DIY PLASTER WALL ART - 3 Easy Textured Art DIYs

  • I asked my 3 best friends to send over wall art they want me to DIY for them, so today, we’re recreating their inspo photos, using only plaster.
    These 3 aesthetic DIY wall art projects are so easy-to-do (trust me - ANYONE can do them) yet they look so minimalistic, modern, and high-end. No one will know you did them yourself.
    Wall art can be so expensive, so I decided to try and do it myself. I was shocked at how good all of these turned out, and I honestly couldn’t wait to share them with you.
    And I’m showing you step-by-step how to DIY them, and everything you need to do them.
    These 3 DIY wall art projects are my favorite ones I’ve done so far, they look luxurious and expensive.
    You’re going to need:
    * canvas
    * acrylic paint
    * plaster
    I used 20" x 30" canvases, but you can use whatever dimension you like.

    • @HomeByMon
      @HomeByMon  Год назад +3

      I know plaster can be really intimidating, especially if you have never worked with it. However I've honestly never mixed it following the instructions. The safest thing you can do is just add a little bit of water first, and then slowly add small batches of the plaster. Continually mixing and adding a bit more untill you get smooth, almost creamy consistency. I think the rules are 50/50 water to plaster ratio ☺️💕
