I can only imagine how Tolkien would feel watching that scene. His works were always filled with songs and poems that gave his world such a deep story a world's vast history. For him to write a song that not only was one of the greatest moments in the film, but felt like the song was ripped right out of the heart of Pippin where there wasn't a song to begin with.
