I love traveling alone. It makes you get out of your comfort zone. You also can do whatever you want at your own pace. A Californian studying in Germany for one year.
That is very true
At first, when I saw it, I was so confused. I was like "wtf? I was just watching for some motivation about travelling alone and this is so depressing". Well, now after a little bit of time passing and some things that has changed, I can really get the feels. I think it's more about getting tired of waiting for everyone/ or someone to come with you and you just leave. You wanna be completely out of everything and away from everyone. Just you and the beauty of the world. No problems, no drama, no more "uh I don't know this, I don't know that, uh I don't know if I can and blah blah blah". Maybe you'll feel lost and alone but at the end, you find yourself.
This comment made all the difference really. I was also really confused, I didn't know what I was actually watching. But reading this comment and watching it again straight after, it made the video beautiful to me.

I read an article about something similar to this about 8 yrs ago. Basically it was about being OFF the Radar, and that is why the man here does not answer the phone. I don't go on vacation or anything but every now and then I'd wake up at sunrise to go cycling around the city I live in by myself without telling anyone. It's feels pretty good to just get lost in your own thoughts and the environment. And sometimes you take notice to things you normally wouldn't traveling with a gang of friends or family. Lol to sum it up this video is about being a ghost for awhile and not about the relationship.
Everyone who has experience with solo travel for long jaunts knows that their are two aspects to the experience. When you meet a person or group and you go off doing unimaginable things and sharing unbelievable experiences. Then theres the other aspect when your alone and your wandering by yourself. its not a sad or lonely experience either. I think this video captures that second part.
21years old from rhode island.went to LA California last summer alone and it was an amazing unforgettable experience. i suggest everyome should escape from your world alone for a week
+jayy lo I was 16 years old when i first traveled alone San Francisco to Philippines i was so nervous that i didn't know how to ride an airplane all by my self but luckily a "stewardes" teach me how to, And then followed what she said. I come home safely. now i'm 18 and that moment never last.

Kera Monet i stayd downtown LA went to go see a boxing fight (abner mares vs Leo santa cruz) and stayed the weekend til monday. I checkd out Venice beach too!! i totally suggest u go spend the day there if u have time. Trust me youll have no problems meeting people there. Have fun!!

im from Orange County CA and i traveled alone to manhattan new york and it was an unforgettable experience. such a different vibe in the east coast. i highly recommend people travel alone at least once in their life, its nice to have time for yourself and really see whats out there. Planning to travel to Rio De Janeiro Brazil in a few months by myself again, hope all goes well.
I found that this film is deeply moving. plus cool shots, editing, and colouring.
They make traveling alone seem sad, but there is actually a fun side to traveling alone. It does not have to be boring and depressing.
I have experienced this first hand as the traveller it's liberating. I returned a different person & got rid of the excess baggage in my life.
I travelled all over Europe by myself when I was 16 and the emotions one feels on such a trip can never truly be translated.

For me it’s a video about our common life moments which we can miss. Honestly, calm music makes this film sad but you know it’s a great mix of unbelievable moments and such music.

It's quite melancholic and atmospheric video. Travelling alone is a good thing when you need soul recovery. As for me, it helps to get away from the routine, to explore something new and to accept your lonelyness. It helps, but not for a long time, and sooner you feel lonely and sad again. But such travelling is perfect for self-reflection, it is a way to find some harmony and to get the control over your emotions.
It's such a runaway, feel the moment all alone and stay away from everything just for a while.

For me this film is mesmerising. The music and plot make me feel depressed, but till time this feeling changed to calm. So, I realise that travelling alone is a good idea if you want to think more about yourself and try to find a harmony.

Very interesting film - lots of story between the words. I did a 4 month trip UK to Morocco when 24 [now 40+ yrs ago] - - then there was no need to book ahead for anything and so detailed planning not required. Had an amazing time [except for the typhoid at the end - thanks Marrakech!] - and discovered travelling on my own was not at all lonely and that there were people everywhere who were a great help. Am still grateful for all that time.

Anyone else notice how they used the color red in this film?
I was looking for some cool solo-travel message...
... but what i'm getting is "escape, run away from feelings, soured relations and ego." Basically, the artist had a bad experience and wanted to add the childish "running away from you because you did me wrong and going on a travel solo - that we were meant to go - so i can be alone alone and ignore because im a big man and distract myself from my problems/load up my ego" angle to traveling.
