Meet May Martin

Meet May Martin. Family is at the heart of May’s world, as the head of an extensive family of four kids, 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her daughter Linda, whether it’s sharing a coffee or going on shopping trips. May’s dementia diagnosis has not slowed her down, as she continues to enjoy a love for dance and rock n roll. She says her greatest joy in life was “having a family and loving each other.”
As part of the Music & Memories campaign, we had the opportunity to capture May's story through the musical talent of singer-songwriter and Talent Development Project graduate, Sam Green.
