Had similar problem and at times the engine wouldn't start until after three or more tries. When I removed the 4 relays, I couldn't believe how much yellow grease was all over the inside contacts. Wiped and sprayed everything down to remove as much grease as possible, put the 4 relays back in and now everything works.
@@TheWanderTraveller Well, not so minor to me, ha, ha. Had me really worried and afraid to take the bike on any kind of a trip. The problems started the first time I took the bike on a long ride after buying it. I thought it was going to strand me, but it started running again if I kept it revved up. The bike ran after this, but would hiccup almost every day. The dealership is over 200 miles from here, so I was on my own. Your simple steps worked like magic and have restored my faith and confidence in the bike. Last week I went on an all day trip including taking some very lonely roads, but the bike ran like a champ without a single hiccup, thanks to your advice.
@@metaheisenberg Hi. Yes, I had some quality clear silicone electrical grease and I put a small dab on each of the electrodes to seal them from moisture and corrosion. More than ever, I am convinced that a secondary problem might be the internal operations of the OEM relays themselves. It seems that the more I use the bike, with more on cycles, the better everything seems to be working, as if I'm "breaking in" the relays and making them more reliable. Many people are replacing the relays with better quality brands, but mine are working well now so I don't think I will replace them --- perhaps later if they start acting up.
mine 350bs6 only one problem ... in low gears bike auto off while riding... in traffic lot off issue... what is the problem... even service center not clear my problem
Bro my interceptors problem is starting after reving it and its engine sound is not proper as before like classic sound not full sound and no power can you please advice me
same issue - had to bring it to the seervice center 3x - hope it gets fixed now as this is an extremely reliable & fun bike to have & ride
I have had the same, my new Bosch relays arrived today and will be fitted tomorrow.

These are minor issues that RE normally ignores

after cleaning the realays did you put any dielectric grease again or did you simply put back the relays after cleaning?

@@oldgeezerproductions thanks for the insight... can you share the name of the grease you're using?
Why does RE spray grease on relay connections? As an electrical engineer I advise keeping these clean and dry always.
I am facing the same issue , not sure if its the relay or the fuel pump
Happy you got it fixed bro 🤘😁
I just faced similar issue with (2021 dec model). Just 3000 kms.. Service centre told that they will replace the fuel pump under warranty..
Same problem with mine but only after every wash or when the bike is warmed up.
Same problem with my bike..

This issue is for all RE bikes. Go and change the relay and it will be fine.

Change stand sensor
Hey John,

No major issues.. small small things that's all... I had problem with relay and side stand sensor .. that's all... Still it's flying like a superstar

check your throttle cable and clean the battery relays... it solves the problem most of the times...
Informative
Is it battery relay cable? Or battery cable? Or relay cable?
Relay cable just mentions this to service people..they know
Useful

@@sai4608-o3l When did you took delivery of the bike? For me it's manufacturing defect in wiring harness and ecu coupler.
