Thank you so much for filming an update on this! I like the fact management is not Kohan or Namdar. I hope they can redevelop more. I wish Dubuque had a Von Maur or a Dillard's in it. I think Dubuque having 3 colleges helps this mall a little at times.

Used to love going to the Bishop’s there when I went to Platteville in the 90’s.
I’m so mad that they changed vertical jump to fun station😢
