I used to drive an S600 with a 12 cylinder and it was the best riding vehicle I have ever experienced. Like driving on glass.
Tell you what, the digital 'iPad' dashboard makes it feel cheaper, too. Chintzy. I'm reminded of the hideous 'idiot light' dashboards of the early 1980s that were supposed to be 'cool high tech,' but in the end were rejected in favor of traditional dials. A touchscreen off to the side, tastefully integrated into the dashboard rather than looking like someone stuck an iPad randomly up there with double sided duct tape, would be all right, but digital 'instrument clusters' are the automotive equivalent of watching porn in lieu of real sex. What is the damned point of shitty '3D' images when the real thing exists, is aesthetically superior, and is available?
I wont buy it without the HUD
Currently, I work as a traveling nurse. I drive a lot! I don't like that car, but I need that car!

As does my LC 500, great feature as I don't spray fluid on the people behind me.

S560, S580.... I know Mercedes heads might know this but this is in league with knowing which 9XX Model is or isn't a 911. Aka, unless you already know/ are actively looking, you don't care.
The question is, how could you stay behind that filthy stone flinging, salt runoff spraying dump truck for so long??
The 7 Series is right up there with the S Class.

Nice car! I hate piano black as well. We have a 2020 E53 AMG Cabriolet and it has piano black trim. Wish it was wood instead. Back when we bought it, finding a convertible was not easy so we took what we could find.
Great vid! I had an 03 S600 and before that, 91 560SEL. Miss the 560 much more, despite it being down on power.
