    Hello! Just to said to you , thanks you very much for you advice! I come come back to use ball in my back ( sacrum and low back ) !
    Before i feel nothing because I don't Know to do:)
    I feel my back start to release after 10 years of try:))
    I release too, tins better to take out the lactic acid with a ball or something else ( massage or as you do with a carpet) and after do some feldenkrais mobilisations as exemple your video for hips n 1.
    It s very good but I anderstand just yesterday to move very slow. If not , you work for nothing.
    I just anderstand the lesson 1 for the hips, is to mobilise the SI joint. If you do quick, you work nothing :))

    Love the exercises, I wish the video were 2-4 minutes longer to manage the transitions.
