I love these, extra love for the yellow card! Using two embossing powders is going to be a new favorite for me. Turned out beautiful! I just loved this tutorial ❤❤❤
“Art Marks” a fabulous idea! What an impact a few marks can make. I was impressed how the black dots and white made such an impact on the pink design 🤩
Great cards. Love the addition of the art marks & the several ways you showed that can be done. Also really liked the dry embossed vellum pieces. I usually pick a focal point first (maybe a certain die) & try to make the card around that. I usually but not always choose the sentiment last. I think your method produces better results- plus you're an amazingly creative artist. TFS -Sarah
Goodness! Yet another heretofore unheard of technique, “art marks.” That’s kind of a game changer, Natalie, as the possibilities are endless without investing in any new supplies. Thanks so much! Off to make some St. Valentine’s Day cards (using the new grid-squares die I’d asked you about a few weeks ago) now. 🤗 Happy Sunday!
Stunning cards and foolproof process. I think I am learning that I need to organise my process from step 1 to the end but before I start! Thank you for the inspiration 😊
Good morning Natalie. Loved these cards and ,ore stenciling techniques. You asked if we had a usual plan that we followed in our card making. For me the answer is no. Quite often I start with only a vague idea then play with the ideas and expand on them. Thanks as always for another great video. ❤ 🇨🇦 😊
I don't have anything but a vague plan or go by card sketches. I do, however, have a playlist of your videos that I refer to when I need help. These cards are definitely something I'll do so this video got added to the playlist. Thanks, Natalie!
I love trying fancy fold cards but if I need s card in a hurry, I have 2 go-to designs. 1. Strips of paper in the bottom right corner, passed through an embossing folder, and a sentiment added at the top of the striped corner. That might be either a long script sentiment or a circle die cut -- depends on the occasion. 2. Landscape card with 3 fat and short paper rectangles (I use a lot of patterned paper in my cards) and a sentiment in the bottom right-ish corner, with either a foliage die cut or "nest" of mettalic thread behind it. 💛😊
Beautiful cards Natalie. I really need to use my stencils more. These cards are so wonderfully done. I so enjoy watching you create. I never have a plan for cards but get so many ideas from you!!! Thanks for keeping me on my game and I need to go look at my stencils. Never enough hours in a day. 💕💕💕
Super cards, Natalie. I do have a soft spot for the pink card though, cannot resist a touch of pink! Thank you again for all of your creativity and hard work, it is much appreciated xx
What a beautiful range of cards. I decide I’m going to do some crafting, go in my room and sit and ponder ,then before I have done anything it’s time to go do something else. Nothing achieved . So basically I waste my crafting tine . I tend to watch lots of videos and then over load my brain, can’t remember what I was going to make . I think I should watch something and go do it and not watch loads at a time x
Every card is just beautiful. I'm constantly amazed at your creativity. You have no idea how much you have helped me finally put a name of the card style I really like ........Clean and Simple.
I love these cards ,I never seem to have the right items in my stash. May I ask where the sentiments & stencils are from?I never have a set plan when card making ,look at your videos & try & adapt one of them if possible. Many thanks for all the inspiration you gave us.xx
Wow,such gorgeous cards! I love the two wth the triangle stencils the best. One question Natalie, don't you end up mixing your embossing powders by using the two together? Love every card here, they're stunning! Tsmfs,Ann.xx
Thanks so much for this video. I don't as yet have a "recipe" for making my cards and setting videos like this that step me through your design process are really helpful.
Those cards are terrific! I was gabbing to my husband almost the whole way through as I was so excited. I got a set of dies in the mail today. Three different shapes and each in three sizes: squares, diamonds and circles. A little bit ago I got some other ones including a hexagon stencil. So I was excited to see cards that I could do with very close copies of what you used. I have gold embossing powder and now have the embossing stickum stuff, etc. When I do something hands on it helps me so much to remember things and come up with ideas of my own as well. I think you must have been an inspired teacher as you are such a good teacher to us as well and I appreciate it. I am basically housebound due to my health and currently due to us having gotten around 10 feet of snow so far since the end of November. I can't get out and go to any classes, so I am thrilled to watch yours. I was bored the other day and as I had seen, I think, all your videos I went and watched some other people's and got bored and had to quit watching several of them. One of which seemed to be a only a sales pitch. You have spoiled me! Thank you so much for all your hard work.
❤ This was a fun set of cards.

I much prefer creators who encourage you to use what you have.
I'm a flip flop kinda lady so 10' of snow makes me shiver all over!
Love the cards!😍 Are those sentiment dies from Amazon? I saw some on there and was thinking of getting them.
No set procedure order-depends on type of card being made
I don’t like the cards - I LOVE them all! You are such an inspiration. Thanks for all your hard work in producing these videos xx
