In general Japanese and Finnish phonology isn’t really that different. Especially compared to the difference between English and Japanese for example. It’s why they chose Ievan Polkka - a Finnish folk song - for Miku’s demo, it was to show the versatility of the voice bank

Eurovision is mostly stupid though, in my highly personal opinion. A better one would be opened up to the entire world and actually decided by the amount of actual votes and each country has an internal voting as to which goes forward to be entered

Tattoo was great, but when it came to impact, Cha Cha Cha definitely hits harder and it's so catchy. Tattoo sounds like some EDM song with vocals I've heard many times before.
Can't really agree to being most flexible for such since Luka exists and is more clean when doing languages she doesn't have a bank for. Luka has more banks which already makes her more flexible just on that but being able to more cleanly do ones she doesn't have furthers that. GUMI's a bit easier to get ahold of is all.

"Vocaloids" are a brand name by Yamaha who own Hatsune Miku, Len, Rin, etc. GUMI is extremely popular so she's often included when fan events are based around vocaloids, but her not belonging to the brand is the reason you'll likely never hear her as a guest star in Project Diva or other official Vocaloid projects.

I saw this cover when it first came out , and I just realized that it was uploaded on my birthday! Quite the coincidence, but thanks a lot still! Cha Cha Cha made my year, singlehandedly made me a Eurovision fan so much so that I even memorized the whole song even though I don't speak the language haha. "Vocaloids" are a brand name by Yamaha who own Hatsune Miku, Len, Rin, etc. GUMI is extremely popular so she's often included when fan events are based around vocaloids, but her not belonging to the brand is the reason you'll likely never hear her as a guest star in Project Diva or other official Vocaloid projects.

Because everything I can find refers to Gumi/Megpoid as a Vocaloid and part of the VOCALOID releases such as Vocaloid3 etc etc and although not created by Yamaha, she was originally created with their Vocaloid3 software and she also has been in Vocaloid-based media such as Hatsune Miku and Future Stars: Project Mirai (a spinoff of Project Diva) and its sequel

I saw this cover when it first came out , and I just realized that it was uploaded on my birthday! Quite the coincidence, but thanks a lot still! Cha Cha Cha made my year, singlehandedly made me a Eurovision fan so much so that I even memorized the whole song even though I don't speak the language haha. This was such a good cover, instantly subbed after seeing your other eurobeat mixes.
I’m completely in love with this arrangement, but I will say I was kind of waiting for one of the later choruses to include another track of Gumi singing an octave higher to pump it up, but my disappointment is my own doing 😂😂 otherwise I’m completely crazy about this
