My mom suffered a stroke a little over 2 years ago. You are lucky to have such a wonderful son and family to help you in your time of need. My mom was in the hospital for over a month and in rehab for two weeks. Her prognosis wasn't good according to the doctors. With a lot of personal care and devotion to making her as good as she was pre-stroke, I have managed to get her most of the way whole again. You are already light years ahead of where she was months after. I am certain you will be back as soon as possible and will continue to enlighten all of your viewers. My dad had a stroke sept 11 2018 at 59 yo, and it was scary to see my parent truly vulnerable for the first time. His dad died at 60 so he was determined to live longer than that. He quit smoking after 40 years and hasnt had one since the moment he walked into the ER. He's treating his diabetes, on prozac which apparently helps rebuild neural pathways after a stroke his doctor told me, and he's being mindful that he isnt superhuman. Just regular human. Since then, with good rehab from amazing doctors, OTs, and family support, he has made a full recovery. I'm really proud of him. When he was still in the hospital before being transferred, and we were checking his reflexes and motor skills all the time to gauge his progress, whenever my mom and I would visit, I'd make him flip me off with each hand before I'd leave him alone and stop bothering him. That fatherly stubbornness is a great motivator lol😅 ❤ wish you all the best and a speedy and FULL recovery ❤

Alexander, ask the doctors to check your dad’s vitamin B12 level tomorrow. Seven years ago I had a mini stroke and kept having random periodic numbness and tingling in my left extremities even though, otherwise, I seemed to be making progress in my recovery. My synapses were totally out of whack. One of the doctors in my team decided to check my B12 level and it was found to be dangerously low. He gave me a B12 shot and put me on a megadose regimen of sublingual methylcobalamin. This had a tremendous effect on my recovery. Praying for you, David, and family ❤️

I’ve been enjoying your videos occasionally for the past few years. It’s been amazing as a young person to watch little pieces of history, media, and personality that David has collected in photo/ video over the years. Of course, it’s always nice to see his personality in and between the works too- wouldn’t be the same without him. Wishing for a speedy recovery and sending warmth (and some $$) to the whole family. My uncle had a stroke a few years ago and it was a difficult time for everyone, but it seems like David is getting ahead of it fast. Good luck and get some rest!
