    Do you want to see more planning and organization videos? I can't wait to show you guys how I use an old Happy Planner for my plot notes, how I color-coordinate multiple-povs, and how I track my daily word counts. Do you use a paper planning system? Or are you all digital? Let me know in the comments!

      I want to use a bullet journal or now I’m interested in this planner here. I just need to get in the habit and then build on it. I would love for you to do more videos on planning as a writer!

    I am an undisciplined writer, I would love to see more video's on managing your time and becoming more productive in writing. I am new to this channel and sorry it's taken me so long to find this channel. I am also new to TN's and love the idea of managing my writing and time in them.
    I love this channel and plan on spending more time here.

    I aspire to being this organized, it's happening! Seeing HOW to use a planner has been a game changer for me. It is really not as intuitive as I thought, which is why now I'm finally getting it.

    Man, I thought I was obsessive about planning! You are a turbo planner! It is evident you truly enjoy everything to do with writing. At times, the minimalist in me becomes nauseous looking at all of this, wondering how on earth you keep track of it all, but then I realised this is a system that has made you a million dollars over the years. So it's basically a million-dollar system. I think I need to turn off the Netflix!

    Years ago, I used to use a Ziggy Planner that had a similar layout. Those no longer exist. Until your video, I'd never heard of the Hobonichi Techno Cousin planner. It is EXACTLY what I like in a planner: annual, monthly, weekly and daily view. Thank you for sharing! Because of you, I am going to buy one for 2019. I've placed it in my current planner. Also because of you, I realized I was using my Weekly Planner Sheet as a to list where I was putting things on that came up for the week. I didn't realize I was doing this. Now, I am going to use my Weekly Planner to actually PLAN before the week starts.

    • @HeartBreathings
      @HeartBreathings  6 лет назад +1

      MsChicoro I'm so excited the video has helped you! And I really love this Hobonichi. I agree that having all those different views is the best! So many dailies only have the monthly and daily view without the weekly overview. I need it all!

    Your entire launch has been so wonderful, Sarra! 🎉 I’ve printed out both downloads, and will be filling out the journal prompts today. Currently, I’m using a Passion Planner and I’ve found some planner peace for now (I too love the concept of bullet journaling, though the sitting down to draw it all was stressing me out 😉). Your TN is gorgeous, btw, and it’s great to see how other writers set everything up. On that note, I’d love to see the color-coded plotting method you mentioned, and any other writing-craft tips! I’m already enjoying the mix of writerly subjects you’ve covered so far.

      Thank you, Samantha! I'm excited you've enjoyed these. Let me know how the journal pages go for you! I know a lot of people who use the Passion Planner and love it! I've been so tempted to try it out! I will definitely add a color coded plotting method video to the schedule. Thanks so much for the feedback!

    Hi! Not even sure if you will see this comment since this video is quite old(and appears to be when you first started doing planner videos) but I love how you are using the Hobinochi. It makes so much sense. I know from following you for a while that you (like me) often try out many different styles of planners - is there a reason you didn't stick with this one? I think I'm going to grab a version that is July through December ... anyway, I know you are getting close to baby birthday so if you don't see this until much later. .. no worries. thanks as always for being such an inspiration.

    So glad I found this video today! I'd stopped using my Cousin Avec for planning because half of it was going to waste (daily pages). This has really helped me figure out how to use the Cousin for realistic long and short term goal setting and planning. Now I'm off to see how you use your Happy Planner -- I've turned mine into a basic discbound for chapter plotting and character creation.

    • @HeartBreathings
      @HeartBreathings  6 лет назад +2

      CDGMR1 That's such a tough question to answer in a comment! There's a lot that goes into self publishing, but basically you would set up accounts at each of the major ebook sellers like Amazon, edit and format your book into an ebook and upload it for sale there.

    • @HeartBreathings

      Jacki, it's just a website where you can organize your world and information and tie pages into other pages. Just like Wikipedia, but mine is private so no one else can see it. It's hard to explain without showing you, but it's been amazing for me in terms of keeping my world organized and easily searchable.

    How do you make those icons? What is the tool you used? And what do I need to order from Etsy? It's beautiful, your notebook, but I am not familiar with icons and creating stickers. Would love to see a video on that.

    • @HeartBreathings
      @HeartBreathings  6 лет назад +2

      MsChicoro Thank you! To make the stickers,. I bought the digital graphics on Etsy, downloaded them, and then used a Cricut cutting machine to cut them out. The machine is pretty expensive, but I had gotten it for Christmas one year so decided to use it for stickers! If you don't have the machine (can also use one called a silhouette), it's much easier and less expensive to just look for stickers you like and buy them directly.
