So the previous owner got it but from what he was saying, it just one of those portable cup holders (like if you look up BMW Z3 Portable cup holder, you’ll find it) and then he 3-D printed a bracket at the bottom, drilled it into the cup holder and then put some rubber under it so it wouldn’t slide around
