Im surprised the WRV engine sounds good. Honda CKD has improved. Mazda 2.0l engine sounds great in Mazda 3 n the CX30 CBU too, i was surprised the CKD version sound like crap "klak klak klak" sound instead of smooth "vroooom" sound.

It's not exactly underpower. Honda tuned WRV to relax a little bit compared to BRV (new). HRV 1.5 NA is underpower. . With a Honda's engine, a simple tune such as remap can achieve noticeable gains. If really wants more juice from the engine, swap a manual. CVT is optimised for fuel consumption.
Yeah agree and manufacturers dont even create high variants for MT, anyway thank you. Im just curious how do you regain hte lost momentum during corners and stuff, maybe a bit of both pedals during or just press on and the other?

But, do you think the suspension on this WR-V would be fine with the 1.5 turbo? We are looking forward to the Indian/Japanese version of the WR-V to be launched here in BRAZIL!!!
Even though it looks stable, there seems to be a fair bit of body roll. Many times you almost got Jolene sitting on your lap! Or was that intentional? 😜
ppl say Ativa is noisy or screaming when climbing because of 3 cylinders. WRV is also noisy ah... I like WRV body dimension more than Ativa but my budget only affords Ativa. ;w;
It depends on your needs. There are many who are very happy with such a vehicle. If you need more power, go for the HRV turbo. Not every car is suitable for everybody.
