I have seen hundreds videos touring houses all over the world, and this house is still one of the most amazing properties I’ve ever seen. The architectural design is definitely the best I’ve seen so far. Everything about this house is beautiful, and I can’t believe no one has purchased this masterpiece yet. The master bedroom is by far the best I’ve seen in all of the houses I’ve seen. If I’m ever in the position to have my own house built I would definitely use this house as inspiration. I wouldn’t copy it, but it would be close. I don’t typically comment on these videos, but this house is just so amazing. Everything about this house is beautiful.

This is by far 1 of the largest mansions you've ever toured, it looks like a dream, the sitting areas outside, the gym, the fall, the led lights, the movie room, love how wide the backyard and outside areas are, every feature in this house im obssessed with, it got everything💯🔥

It was $45 million on the previous videos… No buyer, now the price is reducing😂
It was already sold then immeditely relisted. Something is wrong with it if the price drop is $10 mil
@@surgeon9039i would assume from it's size that it would cost at the least 2-3 million to maintain the property yearly. That's including a yearly guesstimation of property tax too. And then i could only imagine how much the power would cost on a monthly basis not to mention water rates (if any). Those humongous mansions are a beauty to look at yet the costs of living in them would be ugly.

It was actually sold during covid to a hedge fund guy from NYC. That buyer put it back on the market after covid.

What a property! What a tour! I was visualizing amazing parties, events, and family gatherings. I was even thinking of a garden for grandma. What happened to the cameraman that used to talk during the tours? The next level of house tour is showing actual events in there. These properties are incredible, and JP really knows how to stimulate our imagination!

My edit Jp. Almost to the end. Fantastic home. What stands out: the bar with wine on tap. The butlers kitchen is like a Manhattan studio apt. The wall mounted faucet into a sink of rocks. The backyard. The lower level bar/theater and spa. And the rooftop sitting area. The primary en-suite 🙌🏼. Amazing outdoor nighttime views.
The only thing I don’t care for is the living moss wall. But everything else wonderful. Thanks for touring such a spectacular home.

It sold the first week it was listed years ago. Owner tried to get rid of it before mansion tax kicked in. Off market for now.

Looks like this sold for $44M in June 2021 and now it is listed for $38M just two years later? Sounds like there must be an interesting story behind that. Why would someone pay this much money just to flip it hoping to lose $6M?
But that lower level entertainment floor is just insane!
It could just be the economy going down. Valuations for companies have gone way down the last 2 years so if he was a business owner or invested in stocks he could have taken a big hit. Or he was a Crypto Bro who lost a lot the last 2 years.
The buyer was a hedge fund guy from NYC. He bought it during covid when all of NYC became the epicenter of the pandemic. When everything came back to normal he put it back on the market and now he's struggling to find a buyer because there is no desperation on the part of the buyers compare to 2-3 years ago.
Unless there is a Silicon Valley Billionaire in need of a Party Pad...
I'll buy it if i have the money but i'll get rid of the live wall. For me it's just an unnecessary feature.

Do I understand correctly that a recently purchased house for 45kk is now being sold for 38kk?! Oh my God. the previous owner (investor) miscalculated a lot
I think there's a new mansion tax in California that makes these mega houses no longer affordable for the owners so theyre selling them for less to avoid paying more in taxes.
