Jp. Long time. It’s the colors in the rear elevation and landscaping for me. Beautiful aerial view. Lemon, lime , passion fruit 🙌🏼. Beehives too 🍯? Did not know that parts of Cali had previously volcanic areas 🌋. Home looks comfortable and inviting. You know I love the bar 🍷🍾🥂🍻🍹🍸🥃🧊. My first seeing 3 kitchen islands. Beautiful laundry and dog wash station. Pond and a floating bridge leading to the guesthouse with a laundry. Very nice. Look at these views from the amazing primary, en-suite and closet. The backyard does not disappoint. Big guest bedrooms. Gym. Sauna. Breathtaking aerial nighttime views Jp. Thanks for sharing 🤗
This the best house I´ve seen on RUclips, considering all house tour channels. Malibu is great, it has something Bel Air doesn´t: big lots. It would be impossible to build this house in Bel Air because there´s no such land there. And Malibu also has the bonus of the ocean. I believe I can say this is one of the best houses in entire U.S., at least for my taste.
Beautiful house and truly unique. These mansions often look to clean to me and lack greenery but look at this lush property. I want to feel like I am in a tropic jungle and not in a sterilized all white space. Would love to see more houses like this one.
Made it till the end 47:33 … I would love to live here but I’m also terrified to live that close to the ocean during storm season. If it was up higher on the hill this would be a 10/10 for me … great location but a tad to low even though it’s not in smack of the ocean.

Amazing home. Absolutely love the nighttime footage. In the future, when it comes to the brief nighttime tour don't waste time on drone and birds eye views (which is not what you would see if you were actually at the house). You should have included pics of the entrance gate and drive leading up to the main entrance. We did not another view of the bridge (the main focal point in the house) at night, not to mention the master suite. Overall, you did a great job, but there's always room for improvement.

I am shocked this house is not duplex .at least for a single level house should have a higher ceiling. Theater is not great and just 2 bedrooms are master and other bathrooms are 3 piece.for such big house and just 6 bedrooms you are expecting better. Landscaping is great. Such shame this land and location wasted
For starters, the outdoor water features need aeration via pumps or fountains or else you will have stinky stagnation and algae blooms. Emphasis on sustainability, but you will need massive A/C capacity, and what’s with all those invasive species in the protected Malibu Mountains? I love how they show the TV monitors but no cable boxes, wires, etc., nor drapes, nor nearly enough electrical outlets on bath vanities….just impractical! And, what about security? Sigh, thanks for the video! I will continue to save my $ in hopes to someday buy a new car instead 😖. Biden. 🇺🇸
Cost about 50K a month to own which is 600K a year if you have ridiculous water, electric, and gas bills with internet... so if you won lottery as of today, 21 March 2024, and took lump sum walking away with about 250Ms to 300Ms and got a 6% return on investments that's about 16Ms a year, if you reinvest into investments, and this is before taxes... around 8Ms is around what you really feasibly earn a year give and take loses on investments... you can afford the home but to get corporate tax break buy the home under a company name for better tax brakes and write offs... its affordable for the super rich... possibly can live in it for free if ever aspect allowed for taxes and other legal things federal vs State is maxed...I say State is variable because it is CA which does screw you over if you don't know the correct people to aid you...and keep them in good graces...LOL
