That's a real quick way to f*** up the transmission. shifting and slamming gears like that can chip one of the gear teeth or break the shift linkage under the top cover and cause major, expensive damage!! if the speed and rpm's are correct, each gear should almost fall into place.

Im 30 and have been driving sticks since my first car at 15, I know nothing about 18 speeds but Im a good 5spd driver and know with a 5 speed if you shift just right while [rev matching] you can shift very quickly and have them fall into place even with a worn transmission, presuming you know what your doing but its about the timing and rev matching when upshifting, my question is , is this the same with the 18 spds,I understand quickly with out rev matching is BAD and and forcing them in is bad but if the gears float it and you do it quickly is it still bad with a 18 spd?

I am not impressed, better to shift slow and catch all your gears than to be shifting fast and missing a few
the gear box probably has a short gear ratio
if you watch the footage you can tell the road conditions is poor thats the reason for the bouncing shifting slow doesnt take much talent does it ?
