Helloooo friends! I've been wanting to make a landscape video for aaaages now and at the same time start learning and using PCG...so I thought I'd combine those two things and make this tutorial! I go over how to setup the landscape using all the Quixel Megascans assets as well as the foggy cinematic lighting once our base foliage has been setup. Lastly, I quickly go over the extra details I added like the cliffs in the background, furniture pieces, foliage painting and more. Thanks so much for all the support and kindness and interesting discussion - be back soon. 🙏🏽🫰🏽
    ‪@azielarts‬ tutorials I mentioned:
    • 7 Minute Photoreal For...
    • Stylized Zelda Landsca... (I especially love this one)

No worries mate! I was in the exact same boat as you. I'm still learning but it's honestly been so rewarding because the results you can get are really good! 💯

Hello, I just wonder about why don't you use ' ultra dynamic sky' ( I asked it because do you think that using HDRi backdrop has a better feeling ) and also maybe you already know but to save up from the performance a bıt I generally change the LOD of the plants. Also an excellent tutorial. I learned a lot

The only reason I'm not using UDS in these is because I wanted the entire workflow to not use any paid plugins so that everyone can follow along and create the same result. I definitely think UDS looks so much better for natural looking skies, however with the right HDRI I don't think you can go wrong either. And yeah about the LODs, because this is purely for cinematic rendering, I use force LOD 0 in the console variables. But when I'm doing anything real-time I definitely use them hahaha...thank you for the kind words!

@@ali.3dI think this good strategy for future mate. Also constraints leads into creative solutions ;)
