I can't even imagine the soreness and pain of the calluses durning and after the workout, I often do about 100 pull ups twice a week, 250+ in a single workout is just insane!
When u keep doing them they become easy that theres no pain or soreness I do 💯 pull-ups, dips and pushups everyday no pain or nothing🗣🗣🗣💯
@@jumaaneworld3135 Completely true, it just takes time!
I do 100 pull ups, 300 push ups and squats a day and it isnt easy at all.
Add weight to em, that way you dont have to do millions of them jus to progress@@CrusadersCreed0
@@CrusadersCreed0By the way I like your name!🤜🤛💪💪
What a freaking back... Must be motivating for the people in the park, training, to see that it can really work if they dont quit. I mean that's fucking art right there
At this point in life, these are the kind of videos that helps me stay sane..❤
Vibe.
saw you found your music went outside did 200 pushups in 25 min (first time in me life ) came back and commented here (thanks)
Keep it up!
"let's go to the bar" means different things to different people
Vlog style videos are super cool keep up the good work you inspired me to start working out 8 months ago I am not the same person I was last year thank you
These are not vlog type videos. They are one angle camera no bs crap talk only value videos
@@investfoxy I know that I was suggesting more of that
I made 150 push ups, 150 squads, 39 pull ups in your same 45 min 💪💪💪
Nice work Brother, keep increasing those numbers🦁
I think that's an efficient way to train your way up to this. I'm about to do the same

250 pull ups in under an hour?? That's wild...
Just found out It's actually 280. Very impressive if you actually went out all the way 'till 500. Much respect.
Watched this at work today and it got me pumped.
Hit my first 200 pull ups in 35.5 minutes this evening
🧢
I did 500 once in 3 hours and I was in absolute disbelief I managed it, but I did take longer breaks off the bar. One of the greatest days I've had, pullups are the best exercise.
crazy weak. Thats nothing. I did 5 times more and still lost .... we all did nothing ... we are just weak bitches
Hard work 🖤💀
😱
and I was proud of myself for having done 15 in a row...
It's still something to be proud of! Keep it up, even if you see very little progress; your future self will probably thank you.
Don't compare yourself to others, take them as inspiration. Try to be 1% better than who you were yesterday.
15 is still crazy though I could only wish of that. How long you been training with pull-ups?
What a monster. Your focus, commitment, and sheer will is equal to or greater than, John Wick.
I need this type of discipline 🗿
No one will give you discipline you should create it by yourself. Get to the work now 🔥
Discipline is something you do regardless of Motivation. It's something you do build up step by up. Start doing small steps till you achieve it.
You probably won’t see this, but you inspire me everyday to get after it man. Keep doing your thing and killing it
Keep Grinding brah 💪
beautiful weather to train
Today I completed 250 pull-ups in 1 hour. Thank you friend for such motivational videos. It was my 1st workout in this style.
This is atmosphere right here.
These videos are cosmic.
BEAST MODE🦁 No Excuses!
There's a legend under that mask
that is inspirational keep going man 💪
bro i swear i used to do these whenever the gym closed, once i did 500 pullups in 2 hours, nothing has ever made me as sore as one of these hard soul breaking solo workouts, this is pure hell but the heavenly feeling awaits after it is over
Thanks, i loved this video, learned a lot
at first I started critic because of pull up style, than I remember I can't do a single pull up, so no worries, great job my friend, keep pulling keep pushing
Bruh
the audacity 😭😭
Bro is training for the Muscle Beach 100-second Hang Challenge. I was impressed he could do so many pull-ups hanging around for 1 minute and 30 seconds! I admire how he gives up and then jumps back up for one more. Damn, I need to get back to that level. Last time I was there was never, LOL. My max is like 30, and I can't even manage one more to save my life once I reach my limit. I'd have to wait at least 12 hours for a full set again. I literally watched it all without skipping just to see what that talented pull-up bro did in between. Damn!
Watching the dudes in the background struggle to do more than two was the last straw for me. This man is not human. He's an alien. Case closed.
His physique and size are just like mine, and I work out every day, doing tons of push-ups. So I think I got this-I'm going to train for it, fuck it! I keep wondering why he kept touching the lower bar on his left side every time he turned around. And is he using chalk?
When he took off his shirt, I realized I'm really letting myself go and I need to go full beast mode again. But it's much easier when I was in my teens. It's super exhausting nowadays.
I like how the dude with long hair stays in the background, sometimes looking his way for many seconds, just trying to match his energy. Props and kudos to that man for also trying to stay fit!
You have my subscription, and that's a rare achievement in my over a decade of RUclips viewing, with only less than 20 subscribes.
I'm going to start with 100 push-ups and then 100 pull-ups 1-2 hours later within one hour, then decrease it to 43 minutes. I'll try to work my way up from there with an additional 5+ reps and less break time every other new day.
I already do over 100 push-ups a day, so I think this training routine is manageable for me. I want my defined cobra back to return.
It's insane because I also got hungry just watching this man expend all that energy like it's nothing. Crazy if all that energy and strength it's all natural with no PEDs.

Thank you re bro.
One way to pull the old bicep
Keep up the great work mate, you are rocking. 🍻
Meanwhile I would highly advise you to try it with sets of 5 reps with 30 - 45sec rest between sets.
finaly a video that i'm interested in watching to the end🎉
My fav youtuber bro.. love from Punjab, India
at first I was bummed that you weren't taking your chest to the bar, but I'm definitely impressed with your consistency, your form stayed the same throughout and that's impressive as hell. also, you look in great shape, keep up the insane effort
Could see this guy beating the world record for most pull ups in 24 hours.
Doing ur max and then going for sets of 10 reps with only 1m of rest is crazy. I dont think I'd do my max at the beginning tho. Ur solid anyway 💪🏻
An examlple of something I'd do to get 250pu done could be this :
9pu every minute for 10m ( emom)
6-8m rest
8pu every minute for 10m
6-8m rest
Etc etc until i get to 250.
Awesome work there. I'm averaging 230 in 30 mins 😅 The soreness the next day is worth it.
Congratulations 🎉
Great work
you are insane dude!
Your body has adapted for pullups
GOATED Performance Bro's really him
Damn that back just from pull ups is crazy
He never did anything for back except pull ups his whole life?
@@folksurvival idk but he does crazy amount of pull up reps when he post on YT & IG and they r really good back muscle exercise

Good work brother.
I’m going to train now 🙌🏾
be sick with me at 7 pm while its raining...
bro just made me wanna go outside and do it
You're an example for many: Please try to improve your technique.
Other than that, your willpower is admirable.
"¿Why do we fall?"
Please do more this just documenting your train because I was bitching about saying how doing endurance calisthenics is bad for muscle growth but you opened my mind
It's not the best for muscle growth, but it will still cause hypertrophy although it's not the main foucs, I did a lot of push ups, 500-600, in around 1 hour and 30 minutes, but when I started doing heavy weighted push ups I experienced more hypertrophy than high reps
It’s more about mental toughness, obviously bodybuilders that want the most mass they won’t do 100 reps of curls with nothing else
@@LxcyAestheticsbut doing 100+ pull-ups gives such a good pump 🤤something about high rep pull-ups is so addicting I’m just afraid of injury
@@Viralclipmedia Absolutely! I do 4 sets max reps of pull ups, then inverted rows 4 sets, then 4 sets max chin ups, my biceps and back get amazing pump!
@@Viralclipmedia to avoid injury I advise to rest 48 to 72 hours between pull workouts
bro u have sooo good life enjoyed
Excelente vídeo 🫡! BR aqui 🇧🇷
about 1:40 in the video i'm like bruh when is he gonna let go LMAO? you guys don't know how it feels to do that much pull up i'd be in pain since the start
this made me quit the gym und start calisthenics
and btw whats the dude doing in the background at 27:53 ?
Stretching his hamstrings i would say ?
how do you sabotage yourself in the best way
From looking at the thumbnail I actually thought this was a NinjaTyler video.
i wish i could do em :) suffering from back injury rn
counterstrike 1.6 vibes!
good job
And over the mask bro, God bless brother
Loveeeee❤❤❤❤❤
My favorite calisthenic athlete,
Have you ever tried to break the pull-up record off David goggins in 1 hour
just push and pull.
My life is in pieces but I will transcend the pain
The people who are commenting are just insane!
look at that damn back omg man
terrible form, but get at it I guess, the "throw your chin up to count a rep" thing always confused me, just go for full extension
His form is fine, and chin above the bar is the standard in every branch of the military. "Terrible form" would be not lowering to full extension of the elbows.
Great form! May i ask you how your diet looks like?
yo this is crazy I do 50 and go home lol
that's, like, a lot of pull-ups. definitely more than enough to grow fucking huge lats. 250?! surely 25 is enough? at what point is it time to add some weight to the exercise haha
I know this maybe is mostly for the video but what does it give you to do this kind of workout? I mean, is it superior in some sort of way or is it mostly for the mental part of it?
It gives you strength what else...
@@priley817 But normal strength training gives u more strength? This gives stamina I would presume.
@@gingobingo1567 Yeah this is more endurance but also with strength. Also like you said the mental fortitude you gain. Should look up this guy KES he does calithenics like this.. animal. Endurance but also jacked
