- This video is the final sprint towards getting Markudla 3 back in the water for the NYE fireworks. Time is running out as we hit a number of unexpected hurdles. That said, a huge amount of forward progress is made as the hours dwindle down....

Bugga ! Didnt make it into the water Pete . There's always next year mate . Thanks for this series on fiberglass . I now know enough about it that I will NEVER attempt it . Still 2023 here for another 12 hours , we are staying in. Watching the fireworks from the recliner withe the dogs. Happy New Year Pete , I enjoy all your videos. Enjoy your time off from work . Happy new year Pete! Northern hemisphere checking in here. 34 degrees Fahrenheit here in Illinois. Don’t think I will be needing a shade canopy today. If you happen to drop by my place, do me a favor and grab a couple pieces of firewood for the stove on your way in😂

I have a 12 ton smeal unit mounted on a Ford 450. After pulling the and replacing the leathers on a windmill pump yesterday my clutch hit the floorboard and didn't come up.
I picked up the parts today and will have to fix but it's Sunday morning new years eve so I don't believe I'll work on it till Tuesday.

I know your disappointment,in 2022 I tried to get my Cat 60 running for the show in August, it didn’t happen. I got it running a week or two later. It was just as exciting with the pressure off. Take the motorbike out and unwind and enjoy! HAPPY NEW YEAR!

That's no good mate, I know exactly how you feel though. We had plans to be out on our boat also but I spent the last few days pulling the entire back roof off so no go unfortunately. Enjoy the holidays mate and look forward to seeing more updates as time permits 👍

@@pete-mate3524 thanks mate, I'm glad the roof has sheets on it now, was bloody hot working in the sun with no shade. Mind you it's not north Qld hot, that's something completely different.
