Excellent video as always mate! This is probably the best explanation and actual use case on the internet. I remember when we started using Pipedrive it was one of our own questions as well. We decided to use leads and Deals the way you suggest and everything fell into place. Thank you for clarifying it once again mate.

I would love to see a video on Leads to MQL to SQL to Deals.

Good video, random question if im going to use a CRM for my sales team and for hiring is it best to have two separate sign ups or should i just do it all under the same CRM?

I'd just use one CRM (otherwise you'd be paying twice)

Thanks for this video mate! I just have a question regarding the deals... For my business people send enquiries through a form on our website. Would you create a deal for each enquiry since the contact is interested in our services straight away? Thanks!

Yes, normally you would create a deal per inquiry (and I'd skip the lead stage)

Really wish the leads had their own pipeline... Seems less dynamic.

You could set up a leads pipeline (and use deals) but because a lead is either qualified or not, they usually don't go through the same stages that deals do.
