All they said was we use Facebook ads and sometimes Instagram. When a customer clicks do they buy from a landing page? Do they go to their website or amazon or shopify store? Do they follow up via email? Do they use fb data to re target ads for follow up sales...
Also, how durable is the stain repellant treatment? Can you wash with any detergent? Is there anything you can't wash with... Probably lots of this needs better communication to convert more sales

These shirts are coated with a water/liquid-repellent chemical (hydrophobic chemicals). This chemical/technology has been used for at least 15-20 years for coating fabric, boots, paper so that they don't get destroyed. You can buy it in spray form pretty cheaply. I came across it at least 15 years ago in form of spray coating for workmen's shoes. This is not new and certainly requires no research and development. In fact, there is some concern over the hazardous effects of these chemicals once they seep into the earth. Probably because of legal environmental issues big clothing manufacturers did not run with it.

They should’ve came in looking for a way to either sell the product further or (more realistically) do a proprietary licensing deal to different manufactures.

Felt the same thing. I watched 6 videos in a row and never saw a happy ending. All of them were declined by the sharks and still can't process it til now.

I think if they had included kids' segment, (especially the schools) in their pitch for their forthcoming plan, they would've gotten the deal and valuation was way too high.!

It’s cool how Daymond and Mark react with positive body language when these two decent looking young men walk up. First impression goes a long way.

Looks cool. I like the features. I wear glasses and tend to use my shirt to clean, so adding microfiber to the base is so cool. BUT $98? I’m sorry, not for me. I’ll go grab those Calvin Kleins and Michael Kors at TJ Maxx for $16.99🤣
