Dying light 2 has smoother combat a better variety of moves you can do and it actually has that horror aspect. More zombie variants all with different abilities. More weapons and mods. Better weapon and zombie designs. Although the physics and graphics are better in dead island it’s still not that far off especially considering they were made like a year and a half to 2 years apart. I usually don't do multiple runs of a single player game for a couple years after i first beat it. But i just HAD to replay DI2 a couple months after beating it the first time. It just feels good & the maps are on point

I dont understand. Dying light 2 only uses like 3 zombie models, but why doesnt it have this much gore? Dead island 2 had so many zombie model variants yet it had a much better gore system. The designs are even better as they look like real people by the way they dress. In DL2, all zombies look the same, yet the gore system is much less detailed.
