Henry Tomas.....el legado de la sangre africana, ser testigo de la esclavitud y ahun asi conponer con amor para la humanidad. Desde Bolivia un reconocimiento a ese gran hombre.
Slim and the Dusters were hosting a blues jam at Herman's (c1992) and you especially were kind and supportive to a host of us youngsters trying to play guitar, drums, harmonic, and the like. Like you say in your book, I'm one of those guys who are now 40 and I point to your music when I was 20 and say: Dave Harris was an influence and a major cool factor when I grew up in Victoria.
Really nice, Dave! I always thought Taj Mahal had written Fishin' Blues; it was sort of a signature tune for him (but I guess the same is true of Canned Heat and Goin' Up The Country).
Bulldozer blues : It's a song that I'm very proud my father was on check it out on my channel. The that Im on Is a song that my wrote & father Sang vocals on and during the 1960s

Went to your channel, nothing there? I suspect you're not talking about the same song anyway. This is from the 1920s by a fellow named Henry Thomas.
