Yes I ordered it a while ago now and it never arrived nor is there a tracking number for me to locate where it is in transit. It was supposed to come with a mini spinner as well remind you it's very expensive because it's in euros, so hopefully it's worth it that is if it arrives I'm still waiting???

Little husband with his antagonistic, unprofessional, harassing message to my email box on your behalf, telling me that it was in the mail, when contacting federal express, they've indicated to me that you have not given them the package.You've nearly just made the label. Because I, as an unsatisfied, customer has complained about the lack of service for something that i've paid two hundred and fifty dollars for that's hardly worth it at all, you decide to withhold mailing my item that I paid for that. You charged me for which is most unprofessional and abusive at best.! Just because you think you're good at what you do. You're not that good. Nobody is above it all and entitled to conduct themselves with lack of professionalism, and bait their customers with antagonistic, abusive behavior, no one is that special and entitled that they do not have to conduct themselves as adults or as people with manners, which I can display that here, but I'm not about to stoop to that level. Other than expose the truth that I.I'm a very unsatisfied customer and thoughts that I was supporting a fellow artist, thus is bs! Clearly The success in your reputation on RUclips doesn't really mean that much to you. Because when you rip a customer off and screw them around and abuse your power of withholding, sending them to something just to be nasty is not cool. That's most unprofessional, if someone has to complain about something when it comes to something that you're providing them. You should toughen your skin up a little more, because you're opening yourself to criticism. When you sell things to people, or when you are providing a product, not being able to take criticism is one thing.But lashing out and acting like a child is another thing, ripping them off is a third thing that's something that I will not tolerate. I highly recommend that no one be supportive and purchase this product at all. It is hardly worth two hundred and fifty canadian dollars
