Love the new video format
And you are right the painting was stunning love the colors.
Hi, this is the first time I've ever seen you! I loved the format, and I love that RUclips's algorithm did something right, for a change! Subscribed and I'll be back! 😘
I am about to do a 36x40 which is actually 4 18x20 connected together- I have already scraped it once due to the massive flip cup colors overtaking each other-It is not completely primed black and I want the same affect that you accomplished above but of course I can't spin it so I wondering how to place the puddles so I can get that same lacing and whispers without it looking overwhelming-I love your colors-its really the right ones for charcoal and black bases-any advice or clues-so disheartening when you have to scrap.
Love the new format. Had just ordered Last spinner (said SOLD OUT right after i put in cart) when you put out this video. I haven't heard anything but know payment went through. Can you provide a Tracking number so I can be sure to be here when it arrives? So excited!!
I quite liked the format, for sure!
I also LOVED the first one, but that's always the way it is, there is an arse for every seat! 😂
But I always love that particular grey that scraped paint seems to have, it makes the most beautiful backgrounds! I'd say a win win! 😊 🎨
Omg how funny is this. I made monochrome paintings and wanted one with white base, was not to my liking and ended up with grey base and a perfect pour. Loved this video😍
Haha! Rinske... I can't seem to get a beautiful bloom on my first try!! 🤷♀️ always have to scrape it up and retry but the process is fun so all good! Thank you so much for stopping by! ❤
2nd times a charm.
Very beautiful
So beautiful ✨
Showing scraping. Painting has given me so much confidence. Scrape and start again sometimes is the best artistic judgement! Thanks!😊❤
Absolutely STUNNING!!!!
Sometimes a master piece is made from a mistake or from starting over. Lovely work..
Great job!
The first one was gorgeous. I was so disappointed when you scraped it but was happy again when the second one turned out to be as beautiful.
Beautiful! I LOVE THE COLORS!
Tunningly beautiful!!!!
Thank you!!
Absolutely gorgeous!
The final result is beautiful!! ❣️
Stunning!!!! Just perfect!!!!
You handle a blow dryer better than anyone. The painting is beautiful.
I've gotten to know it! Lots of practice! Thank you! ❤
G'mornin Miss Erica... I think the thing I learned the most from this spectacular piece is that all of us... on any given day may have to scrape... it's truly ok... and it leads to better and better.
I was really thrilled to watch you mix new base coat right on the canvas... probably not the most ideal move for novice painters, but it did show that in the end... it IS really just paint. Get in there and play! Be joyous!
The colors in this are completely stunning. You are so right about the colors mixing into the base coat... there is absolute magic there!
I so enjoy your work, and thank you... sincerely... for sharing with us! I've learned so much from you!
That turned out beautifully.
Beautiful love it and i think the back ground makes the painting complete. Thanks for sharing

Erica!!!! I just done this and I'm ecstatic. It is beautiful. I've only been painting for 6 months and I've had my share of fails. But NOT TODAY. You are my biggest inspiration. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe and videos to teach us new artist how it is done. WOW WOW WOW
I thought the first one was stunning, but so is the second one!!

Great color👍👍
It's beautiful Erica I love it .
Love it
Amazing. I liked the first one but this one came out amazing
LOVE this GORGEOUS painting! When I’m unhappy with my results, I do the same thing! Just did one that turned out with an amazing blue/green/grey background! Negative space contrast isn’t as dramatic, but I dig it. Super glad you showed the entire process- nice seeing artists scraping the paint ON the canvas. New video format is 🔥! Keep up the great work! 💜
Thank you! ❤
Gorgeous!
I think its Gorgeous!
Gorgeous. Love it!
Beautiful!!!
Very nice. I’m impressed!
Hey Erica, I studied this video and done this painting and put a pic of it on the Facebook groups. You found out about it and gave me a nice comment. Thank you. Well I just want to tell you that this has started a following. Well over 30,000 comments and still getting hundreds of comments every day. The painting was sold and I'm mixing paints for more paintings like this. I did the pink one too but it wasn't received like this one. I draw disability and don't have lots of money so the money from the sale is going to help me so much. I ordered your spinner 4 weeks ago but I'm still waiting on it. I just want to thank you so much. You are a beautiful person and a wonderful artist/teacher
Omg this is absolutely stunning 💙💙
Beautiful and yes the background mix came together great.

Yes! Using the colors in the pour as the background color really works well! Wow, I love the mix of cappuccino, van dyke brown and bright gold! I was really happy to see it make a good showing in your piece. 👏👏👏
Totally awesome! Love the colors too. 🙋♥️✝️🇺🇲

Thank you! ❤
I always love your work but Holy Cow this is stunning.
Thank you so much!!! ❤
Oh no, I would have been ecstatic if I’d done the one you wiped out … but the second piece was very beautiful. You have a wonderful talent Erica & I will hope to learn from your skills. Can’t wait to see more. Love from Carol xx
Gorgeous piece!! 😍
Thank you!!
We are our worst critics.. I loved the first version. I thought it was fantastic. Great composition & color combination. It broke my heart to watch you scrape it.
The second version is great, but the first version was fantastic, in my opinion. Have Fun, Be Safe (I'm subscribed+all)
Yummy. Every so amazing.
That is a stunner Erica! Would you ever consider doing a video demonstrating doing a Dutch pour spin out (like in this video) and then do a 2nd painting with the exact same paints but just do a Dutch pour blow out (no spin) … but trying to create the “same” look with both techniques and therefore demonstrating/comparing the differences and limitations of each technique?
Love this!
Thank you!!! ❤😀
