Hi, I was one of the first to review G3X, so the one I have is a prototype, but for the production, it will have 2k micro oled screen per eye. Since it has two displays, total pixels per inch will be equivalent to a 4k display. It also has 3147 PPI and 42 PPD with no screen door effect and sharp edges. I hope this explains.
I am not sure what you mean? The G3X might have 2k micro-oled display per eye but the resolution is 1920 X 1080 per eye. How is that 2k? The G3 MAX is 2560 X 1440 per eye. .@@RobinsFunPlaytime
The G3X also has 2560x1440 per eye. The one I had was a prototype that only had 1080p per eye. But the one will be on the market will have 2k 1440p per eye. So, probably, I was not clear about the one I reviewed in the video.
Hello What is difference between virtual sizes Goovis G3X have 800"@ 20 Meters and Goovis Art have 110"@ 4 Meters ? Please give me your opinion for use in cinema, which is better between Goovis G3X and Goovis Art .
The type and quality of optics used in the headset can significantly impact the perceived size of the virtual screen. Higher quality optics can create a larger perceived screen size. That means G3X using better optics and the FoV of the headset determines how much of the virtual screen the user can see at any given time. A wider FoV can make the virtual screen appear larger, even if the physical display size remains the same. I hope this clarifies your question.
Every single marketing page, including their currently running indiegogo campaign, specifies the lenses are 1080p. What I believe they're doing is, dropping "4K" into their marketing because their crappy little Android box, that's included, can output to 4K. While the media box can output to something capable of 4K (like a TV), the headset is only capable of 1080p. Super scummy and disenguous marketing tactics.
Hi, I have received the Art and briefly checked it. I am currently reviewing the Qidi Vida's AR glasses. After that video, I will review the Goovis Art, but I can definitely tell you that G3X is way better than Goovis Art.
It is possible to dive into the world of dreams with these glasses
I guess it is :)

Do you think it is possible to upgrade the software in the future to increase the resolution per eye to 2k? Thanks@@RobinsFunPlaytime
The one will be on the market comes with a Sony 2k micro-oled display. So, out of the box, you will have 2k resolution per eye.
