I'm a little late to this party but I just recreated this build (in a different location) and after watching the video I'm so thankful for the birds eye view build feature 😂 it made this so much easier. Awesome creativity, I wouldn't have been able to make something like this myself, thank you! ❤ 😊
The only thing I would add maybe is a one or two floor tile at the bottom of those stairs as a dock and a chair and a cooler to chill. Other than that it's a great compact build with lighting adding interest to concrete and water and the cat walk is well-placed. Interior room partitioning and object placements are efficient and makes a lot of sense too. I'm using this build's concepts as a reference, thanks for sharing!

I love that staircase. This is a great spot. Have u seen the giant sloths that hang out nearby? This build is epic. I'd move and try this, but I luv my current spooky house build.
Your builds are beautiful and the video editing is enjoyable to watch, I don’t know if you are an architect in real life but if not you might want to seriously consider it. Thank you for the great videos and the great build idea’s I can’t wait to hit level 50 and start some of these myself :)
@@AquaNovaPlay I just thought if the water was flowing away from the dam then wheel would spin the other direction. Bethesda might get triggered with the lack of immersion and change the build mechanics on us yet again. LOL
I like how you made that camp and I was wondering if you were on Xbox so you can maybe log into my account and make me a house like that or something different I just got the glass walls and I dont know how to build

i do recommend a lake near by marigold pavilion. you will see once you fast travel to marigold pavilion (located west of vault 76)
