This game is a masterpiece. It still has a better water and lightning effect than most games today. And just feels more solid believable with its character models and set pieces.
I can't praise it enough.

Nonstop!! Lmao. Regardless, I really wish they didn't cancel Dark Alliance 3's development.

Then you get further into the level and cry out, "Augh! Spiders! Get 'em off me!" Hopping about like a fool and casting Repulsion as you remain ever mindful of the timer ticking away.
I am glad the sequel allowed for unique armor graphics on every character class. It got kind of screwy to see your character dancing about as a Cylon.

That gave me ptsd
So nice to revisit these themes in honor and glory of nostalgia and celebration of the re-release XD

I feel like Soule's music was held back a bit by the advancement of the technology he was using in his earliest game soundtracks.
Once the music went silent... Drizzit was still alive and at 1hp.

Dark Alliance 2 players won't forget this song after having Lyran cheap shot them over and over again while they are looking for all his urns.

Definitely. In fact, I missed this gameso much I rebought it on amazon about a week ago... now I just have to wait impatiently.
pretty kick ass game to be made back then
@andrewh817 Yeah... It's still a great track though. Playing this game as a young man this track always stuck with me.

Beat the game on any difficulty, clear the then-unlocked gauntlet mode, beat the game on the then-unlocked extreme difficulty, then you can import Drizz't from the gauntlet save.
Alternately, look up the button input to cheat him into the game.
I usually just start Gauntlet then use the level select cheat to go to the tavern.
