I am 70 yrs old having Knee problem in left leg, there is Muscular Pain above and below knee left side. Pain starts while standing and remains same while walking. Unable to walk 800 mtrs. Knee wont get back ward. Having little Pain at Back leftside. Problem in getting down the Stair. My weight is 62Kg. Suggest what I shall do.
