@@wiwita63 Omelettes often have filling, sometimes peppers, mushrooms, cheese and other bits and bobs. Egg roll is a different dish although I see what you’re getting at. You could pair this sort of thing with other dishes quite well too, thanks to it’s simple flavour profile

In Tamilnadu, we say this as KALAKI... there are varieties of kalaki. Onion kalaki, masala kalaki in that we add spices, kolambu kalaki.. kolambu means curry.. we mix curry with eggs
