In fact exacty, I was thinking earlier how spreading these videos is more effective than shutting these organisations one by one because either more will start again because thier boss wasn't caught or police would be pribed . I myself recieved a scammer call from someone with Indian accent and I immediately remebered these youtube videos and shut the phone on him. They mostly come from India and Africa, and sometimes China and Russia. Spreading the word is the most effective solution.

Amazing. This is really going to increase awareness. But I need this on an American channel. My mom just showed me a scam email for the first time in a while. I’m so glad that she can spot a scam just from the fact that they said she was being charged $400 for a Geek Squad membership. Then she shows it to me to look at the fine print like grammar, missing spaces, and even one thing that I’m proud my trained eye was able to catch was that the Best Buy logo was squished because they hastefully insetted and reaized the image to fit it at the bottom of their page. I could tell the letters weren’t squared. So I compared it to a Google image and it was off. Then I found images of an incredibly similar email layout of the scam on Google as well. So I hope one day, 99% of people will be as knowledgeable as that.
Cant believe it made it all the way to the BBC and on TV nonetheless! I hope one day India and major scam places take serious action via the police to crack down on this.

I am from Portugal and I live here in Portugal.I receive many "robocalls" and "phishing calls" everyday, I never answer. Then I block te numbers. But of course next day they use different numbers, and they are getting smarter. Now they use virtual SIM cards with Portuguese cell phone numbers (and other countries numbers where their targes live). People usually reject foreign numbers calls, and answer a "national" number of their calls. Lol.

Great news Jim I wondered if they’d do a second series, it’s hopefully getting the message out there making more people aware of these scammers.
If he’s hacking their pcs (like he does in his vids) that’s illegal unfortunately and adding bbc to it makes it an easy lawsuit for lawyers to sue
