In ancient Kahndaq, Teth Adam was bestowed the almighty powers of the gods. After using these powers for vengeance, he was imprisoned, becoming Black Adam. I'll say. Lorne Balfe's on a roll this year! He's instantly becoming the next Hans Zimmer. As for the movie itself, ain't no doubt it's going to be epic. But Like Black Adam himself, this film will either be Warner Bros'. savior or it's destroyer at the box office. And given the studios track record right now, it definitely needs a savior.
@@williehampton3855 I don't know about Lorne becoming the next Hans. That would be either Henry Jackman or Tom Holkenborg (though Tom is more of a collaborater than a protégé). Lorne is fantastic, but comparing this to the other themes in the DCEU (or even Lorne's other music), it's about average. I do think his JSA theme will be far better than this, though.
@@DarthTingleBinks That's fair enough. Still, this theme goes HARD. Really speaks volumes about someone who has nothing but rage to give. Dwayne Johnson went from playing Superman's loyal dog to playing a super man who's (seemingly) loyal to no one. Talk about a transition from one DC film to the next.

You aren’t actually too far off. This composer did work for several games including Assassins Creed Revelations, AC 3, Crysis 2 and CoD MW2.
Doesn't help that the image used in this video has motion akin to a main menu screen. Def sounds like game music and I'm 100% here for it.

JIRI PROCHAZKA Walkout at MSG UFC 295. Did not go his way but what a warrior. That walkout and faceoff was probably the greatest staredown I have seen in UFC. Just pure violent intensity from both warriors. Chills.
I kept trying to convince myself that I didn’t want to see either fighter lose but the truth is, I really wanted Jiri to emerge victorious because the dude is just so likeable it’s hard not to root for him
Hey, he fought exactly like a final boss would man. He had so much forward pressure, and had Alex in danger a few times. I was rooting for Alex myself but I LOVED that fight. Love the energy Jiri brings. I wanna see Jiri win the next one tbh so we get a trilogy.

I beleive this part plays when Dr. Fate calls Black Adam from the Underwater prison, to help the JSA defeat the villain. Such a powerful scene. It gave me chills

I was not expecting intricate progressions like I'm hearing on this track. I knew DC was going to deliver another unforgettable theme. What I wasn't expecting was how the tone is reminiscent of ZSJL's score. The measures that begin around 2:04 sound like MOS's flight and ZSJL crew at warpower. I can't wait to hear and feel this in the theater. Powerful.

DC always gives there characters a theme, a badass one.
This sounds like Lorne Balfe's "His Dark Materials" theme with the main melody, but more powerful. I like it overall as Warner Bros. usually have some of the best scores in their films.
Also the beggining sound a lot like "From the shadows" another track from Lorne Balfe in the Black Widow movie.

What i love about this theme is, you can feel a villain's stomps. You can feel the army marching and black Adam IS the army and you can hear his bad side's theme, but along with that we have certain heroes type theme mixed within it. I asked my friend, who we both are Superheroes nuts and when he heard it he thought this was the black Adam vs justice society theme and when i told him it's just Balck Adam's theme he was happy because he and i both know that, he may be the destroyer or a threat to the rest of the world, HE is also... The protector of Khandaq.

Just watched it last Wednesday here in the Philippines, an absolute banger of a movie! Entertaining, nerve-wracking, bone-chilling, and most of all, the only antihero film that deserves a rewatch. Don't mind the critics, y'all, this may not be perfect, but it will leave you satisfied. And as always, the score by Lorne Balfe is a huge W! Theme's badass as always!

I've got chills man. It's ancient sounding and grand in scale, the buildup is heroic and the melody answers with a dark twist to it.
Wow. The music for a movie always gets me really pumped for it!
It starts with the ominous ancient style but past the middle you get those modern beats.
Fits the story of Adam who wakes up to the modern world millennia later.
Batman v Superman, Aquaman, JL Snydercut theme, Black Adam, DC themes are so, SO MUCH better than any of Marvel themes combined!!!!
