You'd be surprised at just how much chest growth you can achieve training at home with various push-up variations and I'm not just talking about switching to incline or decline push-ups. These 9 variations will challenge both your endurance & explosive power and the best part is you can easily bring these into your regular chest routine at the gym for additional volume on each working set! So give these push-up variations a try and let me know which ones you like best! 📨 Join My MAILING LIST: muscularstrength.com/mailing-list *ARTICLE VERSION* : muscularstrength.com/article/nine-push-up-variations-to-build-muscle-at-home
I remember watching you when I was 18 in 2012. I was rail thin. I trained for awhile, did not know what I was doing and gave up. Now I've got between 23-24 FFMI. Progress is mega slow now but I ultimately want to settle and maintain between 24-25 FFMI. I still have room for improvement in my weak points.
Glad to see ur new video brother. How have u been? Keep up the good work ur doing out there. Hope u have a happy Thanksgiving out there brother and I mailed u something hope u like it when it gets to u. Stay safe out there and keep on doing ur best.
The part of the video where you said that one reason you took up wrestling is so you can build the strength to take on the kids who kept picking on you really got me down inside, because as someone with Asperger's (something I didn't know at the time), I picked on like it was a daily routine. I was named called, been used homo slurs, beaten up, laughed at, shoved; and in the adult world, I've been rejected of every job I ever applied for, or gotten bad attitude by the f-male managers for not having a work history. And some people wonder why I have so much contempt for them, and it's between my mental condition and my past.
It’s hard man. I’m sorry you had to go through all that. But I hope you are using that as motivation to grind and push even harder! If people won’t hire you, you could try to become an entrepreneur! Prove them all wrong!
Yeah, that requires hardcore training and actually knowing what it feels like to get punched in the face. Did all that shit during highschool and college. Not really my thing anymore though, although hitting the bag is still one of my favorite cardio workouts.

Scott, did you do freestyle or greco? Also, do you ever age? You look great man.
I like to do my pushups on my fingertips, then some dips using Olympic rings. It's still a challenge.

@ScottHermanFitness My best strategy is to run, or practice verbal descelation. Will get you out of 99.9% of altercations
