YUP - Love the Xdeep double and single enders... recently bought four of them from a dive shop in Florida and turned my local dive shop on to them. The other awesome thing about them, aside form a large, easy to use thumb lever, is that line can't get caught on it.... it just slides over the the lever, unlike the usual types you initially showed. Excellent for use with DSMB etc. Another informative Video :)
Liking the vid. As usual some very useful info. I say to people, small clips are good for equipment which stays attached, like a torch on a lanyard. Bigger clips are better for equipment you need to disconnect / connect . I personally also like snap shackles for some jobs where quick release is useful.
I love my stainless doublenders! Hey thank you for sharing your vanlife/ diving adventures, I really, really enjoy your content! Your videos are super entertaining and there is always something to learn. I’m really sorry that Covid killed your Diveshop in Indonesia.;-(
Thank you. It took a while to move through the grief of it all, but I really believe I'm right where I'm supposed to be. Thank you for the support on these videos. They've allowed me to continue working in this industry through all the changes 💙

It's funny how us tech divers have turned boltsnaps into almost a fetish. But you're right. Good ones make all the difference. Mark from Simply Scuba even calls them Emotional Support Boltsnaps. ;D
I actually used these in Florida last month for my AOW course! I used them to keep my flashlight from falling off; I clipped it to my BCD and used the clip to hold my dive light instead of using the wrist holder. That way the flashlight would not fall off. Now I might have to get some XDeep ones!
A piece of advice for using paracord with bolt snaps. I remove the guts of the Paracord and it's just as strong for what you're doing. But it's not nearly as thick
Xdeep makes a great small bolt snap for your long hose in gloves and I know the feeling I feel bougie every time I buy a xdeep bolt snap and I don’t even care they are the best
Double ender bolt snaps a staple of tech diving and single ender bolt snaps with large eyelet for a thumb hole for stage bottle rigs. Great content. I use quite a bit of stainless sailing spring carabiner clips from my local marine chandlery when rigging gear for my recoveries. OCD, your amounts good company. 🤣 Cheers, #SeattleRingHunter
What do you use for sliding D rings in your sidemount kit? The ones that look the best to me are the dive rite sliding d-rings, but I can't find them in Canada for love or money.
I once ordered an XDeep NX Boltsnap and Double Ender for testing. They convinced me so much that I exchanged all my old ones for these. But here in Germany they only cost around 10$ incl. tax.
Thank you for linking the XDeep bolt snaps! I have been trying to get my hands on some for a while now but couldn't find them local to me. I don't know why I didn't think of Amazon lol. Could I also offer a little maintenance tip for some people? dab a smidgen of silicone grease in the action every once in a while. I know everyone knows that lol but thank you and you're awesome!
Thanks for the useful information!! I just bought 5 mm gloves to do my deep dives for my AOW class in Long Island, NY and was wondering how I am going to clip or unclip anything with them on.. These feel like my winter gloves that I have a difficult enough time doing whatever requires much dexterity with them on. These X Deep bolt snaps look like the perfect solution...
I am going to follow your example and buy one, (from Amazon so I can get it on time), then if It works for me buy the following from a European site. Thanks for the kind reply!
I use carabiners for everything, including holding my rig together. Strap breaks? carabiner it! Tank has a leak? Glue a carabiner to it! Not certified to dive? All you need is a carabiner in your wallet! For real bolt snaps are way more useful!

Oh, most definitely!! I ❤️ my hobby!!

100% agree Xdeep clips are the way to go
Will never go back 🤙
For the first three seconds it reminded me of Gollum saying my precious! 😂
Haha! Love it!

Hahaha he has emotional support diving equipment too??? We should be friends
Xdeep clips are expensive but soooo worth it. Especially with dry gloves
I'm so impressed with them!!!

They are pretty rad. I've been told you can get them cheaper from Europe. Glad to see you here Andrew :D

Nice! I'll give that a whirl one of these days :) Thanks.
Just ordered a bag full of XDeep snaps for my twin set tech gear. Very nice design and much better in the gloved hand! Cheers, #SeattleRingHunter
Hell yeah! They’re the best
Xdeep makes a great small bolt snap for your long hose in gloves and I know the feeling I feel bougie every time I buy a xdeep bolt snap and I don’t even care they are the best
That'll be next 😁
XDeep boltsnaps are awesome, for all the reasons you say, and at least in the UK even the large single-enders are only around £12/$15US.
I heard about that! Next time I'll go that route 🤑
Good luck!)
Always love a bit of good luck

I don't use sliding d rings. I have the razor harness and everything is fixed.
