I love how his “Serious Table Flip” wasn’t even a “table flip” anymore. This dude literally dug his fingers into the ground and shattered one of Jupiter’s moons *with only one hand* while having enough control over his own power to not accidentally crush Genos’s core in his other hand. AND Saitama is STILL holding back so damn much, while fighting Cosmic Fear Garou with only one hand. We already knew Caped Baldy was on a tier of his own, but the actual gap between his power and everyone else in the verse isn’t even feasible. This chapter was literally and metaphorically groundbreaking.
Garou literally has the plot armor, It already took him so many punches and still standing💀💀💀
Not to mention serious punch clash wiped out billions of stars

Not really. I mean yeah Saitama is obviously Stronger but garou has Shown to be a struggle for Saitama that He Always wanted.

I also think that serious punch isn’t even his strongest move. Remember the fight between Genos and Saitama he used death punch. Imagine if he used serious death punch. Serious punch means he actually putting in some effort to defeat his opponent but at the same time not going all out. As seen he can casually throw serious punches, to us that would be equivalent to a boxer in a match. They throw punches to defeat their opponent but don’t use their full power. Do you get what im saying?

I don't think people understood what Saitama did when he did that Omi-directional serious punch. Saitama moved so fast where ever Garou was teleporting to, Saitama WAS THERE WAITING ON HIM. He did not jump into the gate after him, rather he was waiting for the gate to open up like "SURPRISE"

I think it's interesting that he's able to kick away the portal. He has to have some domain over "energy" in the universe, possibly because he "turned away" from god and therefore gained control himself? Idk, there's a couple feats that demonstrate his "energy manipulation": He "resists" Tatsumaki's psychic powers. When asked to kill the centipede dude the specific instructions were to "keep damage to a minimum to the surroundings" which Saitama does by focusing the energy of his punch to only radiate through the Centipede. And now with the portal tom foolery.
My headcanon is that he's a reality warper. Dr. Genus' explanation was that Saitama "broke his limiter or removed it completely", which in turn gave him access to limitless power that a living being isn't supposed to have. The key factors here were : 1) pushing his body beyond what it could take with a training regimen, 2) having the will to become stronger. That second factor is most likely the key to his reality warping.
Saitama's powers are still magnified human abilities (strength, speed, agility), and not things that humans don't have (Saitama can't fly for example). However, there is no actual limit to how far he can take his existing attributes. Essentially, he's as strong as he wants to be, thanks to his reality warping. So basically, it's not so much that he's manipulating energy like Blast does, he's literally physically strong enough that he can touch and move around holes in dimensional space with his bare hands.
He definitely has something else going for him. I think Saitama either doesn't know his own strength or he's just not telling us everything. I really like the theory that say he's one of God's species but he doesn't know or he completely stole God's power and make it his own. But either way, clearly there's something else we're not getting.
I mean he did mention that saitama is boundless literally meaning nothing can hold him back if he wants to break free so to be able to do that his power is still unknown cause him being the main character he had to be the final one facing the god so he has to be many many times stronger than what it’s showing at the current moment

As a villan I think Garou is interesting because even after everything he still doesn’t feel un redeemable, he doesn’t feel like the blood thirsty monsters Saitama usually fights. He feels like a kid who has taken things to far, but it really does feel like he is very much human. Which makes me feel like none of these serious punches are meant to kill Garou, which sounds crazy, but I feel like ‘normal’ and ‘serious’ are just Saitama’s mood or intention, not the power level specifically. When he spars with Genos earlier in the series he throws a serious punch inches from his face, the power of which blows up a mountain, it doesn’t even make genos fall over. I don’t mean to take away at all from this fight, Garou is most certainly stronger than Boros, but Saitama Is very much still just discipling a kid.
I like how he got this POWERFUL through a simple hundred of exercises.

I know right? I feel like whatever translation of this chapter Zhoniin read might've skipped that part. The implication of 2 serious punches colliding can effectively be equated to Saitama doing a Serious Clap with both hands. Apparently that can wipe out an entire supercluster of stars.

My theory is that they wanted it to look like Saitama started to actually take damage and bleed, similar to how it happened in the boros fight with the "he actually took damage?!" page. When in truth he was still unaffected and it was just debris or something.

I love the included handicap of Saitama needing to hold onto Genos' power core. It really does heighten the stakes, kinda like when Saitama fought Suiryu at the Super Fight Tournament and tried keeping his Charanko wig on.

what i find amazing in this chapter is that we finally reached a point in the manga, when saitama says that he finally found someone so strong to make him excited in the battle but at the same time felt like nothing. He is not as selfish and bored as we used to think, he really takes pride into being a hero and protect the others.

The “blood” near saitamas face is actually a piece of Garous hand breaking off from the force of the punch.
I’ve been saying that Garou’s downfall will be durability. He can only copy and refine techniques, he doesn’t get a durability increase from it. Soon he’s gonna turn into a glass cannon, unable to handle the power he’s using.

I think that might be gods physical body and it was sealed inside the moon. However his astral form is sealed in a dimension. Hence why only certain people can see him at times and why he appeared on the moon in that shot of him standing.
I just need to say that Garou’s gamma ray burst was equivalent to that of a supernova. And supernovas can destroy galaxies they’re in. So the gamma ray burst was galaxy buster attack and saitama directly took it to not destroy the galaxy.
But it was suppressed. A real gamma burst would be in a scale larger than the whole planet earth and would be way stronger and brighter. A million trillion times brighter than the sun in fact. It is explained that garou now can manipulate the universe's energy to his own demands, meaning he might be capable of mimicking supernovas, hypernovas or even the big bang explosion
Supernovae can destroy a portion of the galaxy, yes, but the scale it would need to be to destroy entire galaxies would be unfeasibly huge (for a star.)

This may just be recency bias. Reread the last 10 chapters or so and you may change your mind. For me, after rereading the last 10 chapters, I decided that I preferred the last chapter a little bit more.

I feel like it's most impressive that Saitama's Serious Punch when copied by Garou who was then able to match an ACTUAL Serious Punch, debunking what many believed would be the start of the blow out. This seems to suggest that Garou can perfectly copy Saitama's Serious Punch atleast as otherwise his arm would've been destroyed.
I Agree With you. Honestly I know Garou won’t exactly win, but he’s basically doing whatever he can to basically survive, and when he copies Saitama, he seemingly endures his punches, and he might try to use saitamas serious table flips and omnidirectional serious punches
Yes, but I think still Garou took more of the impact? He flies and Saitama follows him right? Its kinda confusing on those panels. Still, his hand not being destroyed says alot, not to mention the apparent blood at the end.

I personally don’t think that was blood. The page before showed Gauro having small pieces surrounding him. I think One would have made a bit of a bigger deal about Saitama getting hit and it actually doing damage to him if that was the case.

It's definitely blood, we've seen Garou being able to flawlessly copy Saitama's serious series at the start of the chapter, and now that Saitama, by his own admission - isn't holding back, copying THAT and throwing it back in his face should deliver results.

Well in all seriousness the serious punches never mean anything since saitama Is always uninterested in the fights he has. He never really puts much effort into his punches. He even said in chapter 92.2 or something that he doesn't have a killer move. Meaning in his mind none of his attacks are deadly, but for his opponents there extremely deadly. Also he wasn't going for the kill and he was holding geno's core

The portal kick was exactly what I want from OPM. I’m glad the manga is turning more shounen, the world ONE and Murata have created is amazing and I’m so glad Saitama is getting more feats whilst implying he’s still holding back. But that portal kick was one of the first bits of satire we’ve had in a while. I love this manga so much it’s peak fiction personified.
Murata apparently put out in a tweet that the series is nearing the end. I really hope that is not the case as there are so many reasons to why this would not be a good ending point.

I need y'all to know that Saitama CAN get stronger, Saitama is honestly possibly universe level in power, I think that there is a point where it gets old saying that he has hit his strongest hit.
Been saying he's universal for a long time now. People always clown me for it but it's getting hard to deny with these latest chapters. The main reason I believe Saitama is universal is because I'm going off who his possible final fight might be which is God & when God was introduced in the WC he gave off serious anti spiral vibes. So the final fight will probably be on a similar scale

let's just be clear, that void is a light void, the stars are still there, we don't need to have saitama's power level go from 6 digits to 170 digits in one move.. especially when 7/8 digits are enough to explain what we saw and is more consistent with the kind of power shown previously by Saitama and Garou

My fan theory is that anytime Saitama faces a powerful being his body adjusts itself to destroy that being in One Punch.
In the dream sequence in the first chapter, when he was hurt by the Subterraneans Saitama started having a glow in his eyes which showed his passion of fighting returning. The same eye glow was present when he fought the crab man in the first episode.
The same eye glow can be seen in Road to hero multiple times which was before Siatam was bald, where even though he was hurt he kept fighting and absolutely demolishing monsters.
I think Saitama's ability simply comes down to destroying anything be it multi dimensional, astral or any entiry with a Single Punch

People Forget that light takes 45 Minutes to travel from earth to Jupiter. And yet the energy produced by the recoil of their 2 serious punches instantly send them to its closest moon. And the fact that Saitama and Cosmic Garou survived without any suit at FTL travel says a lot about their durability.

I think I figured out why CFM Garou can take so many hits from Saitama. Garou looks like a portal to the OPM's universe, therefore any force of physical attacks he receives is transmitted to the overall OPM universe, which heavily lightens any blow Garou takes.

After all these years we finally got it. The serious table flip in the manga was better than we could ever expect. The fight against Garou being at a larger scale than Boros is now all too clear.
Also we expected mars, but turns out it's even better. I was confused by the chapter's name at first, because I'd never expect that they will fight on one of Jupiter's moons.
I can't believe that we see Saitama in a full serious mode. I thought it'll never gonna happen. At this point I am starting to be afraid, because this legitimately feel like the end of the series. They took this arc to a whole other level. Can't imagine what's gonna happen next or even how this all will end.
