Completely agree. The CB options at disposal are so poor toti and bueno is it as clearly Dawson is unfit. Bueno would struggle to clear a corner even if he was the only person in the box. They'd struggle to keep clean sheets in the championship. All 4 cb options cost us 17m which includes Dawson who had a 7 hour operation in the summer and mosquera out with an ACL. Ipswich spent nearly 35m on just oshea and greaves. The owners have to go fosun out
I think O'Neil lost the wolves dressing room when it first kicked off last week, then kicking off again after the Ipswich game is just plain mad
Kinda sounded like he was doing the classic it's 'them' not 'me'
Having a foreign manager makes sense. There are hardly any English players in any of the prem.
The English managers are not good enough
He'll replace Lopetegui at West Ham
Hardly any English coaches in the PL because most of the PL clubs are non-English and these owners seem to have no respect or knowledge of English coaches. Disappointing to see.
The amount of protection that English managers and English internationals get from the English media in the Premier League is literally tribal 😂😂
They're never at fault in the eyes of English Pundits.
Spot on mate
This might be a bit controversial but I've given the English manager question some thought and I can only think of a handful of outstanding English managers from the past 50/60 years. They are - Alf Ramsay, Brian Clough, Bobby Robson, Terry Venables, Bob Paisley, and (begrudgingly) Don Revie. Perhaps that says something about the current lack of English managers in the Prem. I rate Eddie Howe and Kieran McKenna who both seem to have some technical nouse - not sure about Potter who was pretty awful at Chelsea. Southgate will likely land a job somewhere but I think he is too cautious to be successful. I'm honestly really struggling to come up with any others. No English manager has ever won the Prem.
VP is a solid bet! He comes to win! VP never signs a long contract! If he does his thing, they will trust and give him a better contract in 6 months, for 3 years! He's fare with the clubs on that regard.
Wolves have got good players and oniell is a good manager, so this is a mystery!
He will do well elsewhere!
You’ll get what you wish for now Wanderers!
Maybe they've had sessions during training, with someone from the Lee Strasberg school of acting, and now really believe they are actual wolves.
Everyone has finally seen the real GON this last couple of weeks... We've all worked with chocolate fireguards like him and know how frustrating it is. He's worked hard in interviews in avoiding the 'I take the credit' and 'they take the blame' but if you listen carefully it's been there from the start. The more influence he had on this squad the worse they got...Good riddance to bad rubbish
We have super kieran mckenna Ipswich Town are staying up believe blue army 💙
