Just a great video As a young Irishman who came to NZ 30 odd years ago it’s wonderful to see Grassmen spreading their wings to showcase what our young people are doing on the other side of the world Happy New Year Grassmen team Keep theese sort of videos coming
Watch all your vids, I would rate this one very highly. Happy Christmas to all the Irish flying the flag down under. And to all at Grassmen. Keep up the Good work.
Really enjoyed this - loads of big kit, an insight into work overseas, a look at the lads running the show and good soundtrack - could watch a 12 part series on this. Well done.
Nice work Cian Kenneally, very entertaining 👍 great vid and one hell of an outfit and operation with Monk and Sons👌be nice to see the man himself next time 😂
You wouldn’t believe it but I was talking to workers at Ag Quip field days in NSW this year, Monks have nice Claas forage harvesters. I couldn’t believe Big their contract servicing is, can’t wait to see vid👍
@@Grassmen Townsend has Krone 1180 forage harvester, our family farm not far from Monks, our farm is at Dookie we nearly finished harvesting our crops with CaseIH redtop 8010.
I rekon Sam would have too have one of the biggest contracting businesses in the world! Biggest in Aus by a mile, he has around 20 JCB fastracs alone & 9 forage harvesters. It’s crazy
Great Video keep it going !! This guy down under is a different league absolutely serious set up and business , great to see all the Irish there !!! Well done lads and ladies !
Brillant video cian the best agri channel out there by a mile content fantastic nothing staged just straight as it happens fair play to the donkey he really gives the viewers different countries to see how it's done brillant cian
One off the best videos you have done i recon for me any ways chopping big stile A very professional outfit Dare say better weather than back here in uk tho A big hand to the monk staff etc
Brilliant, send you lads anywhere, there's gan te some good videos. Are you sure you can handle the size of fields! I thought 10 acres was a big field lol.
Great video, changed days since I worked in the cereals side in WA. How do they get away with bringing on staff from other countries, used to be difficult. Have all the locals followed the money into FIFO mine jobs.
Come on boys, you should know a bit more about what you harvest !! Lucerne/Alfalfa is a Legume, like clover. It is high in protein and excellent for milking or fattening. How about instead of that wank arty farty music at the end,you stand there for 5 mins and tell us your thoughts on what you have seen and experienced,It's only 15yr olds like loud music. Excellent, excellent content though. Thank you.
Have to say this was a brilliant video, great to see a group of Irish lads together so fare from home. Doing us proud 🇮🇪🇮🇪
Great to see so much Irish equipment been used down under. Cian you are doing a great job, you are a great asset to the Grassmen team.

Great video, changed days since I worked in the cereals side in WA. How do they get away with bringing on staff from other countries, used to be difficult. Have all the locals followed the money into FIFO mine jobs.
There is some Ozzie's here driving trucks and things but they don't want to put in the hours like the Irish boys apparently 🤠
Thats because young irish lads don't have wives and kids there and the Irish work cheap . Aussies follow the real money in the mines and civil
Very nice
Thanks
What's the story with all the Smyth trailers out there? Nothing equivalent built local?
Nope. Probably get somthing custom built by somome.
@@benjaminbauer4883 so what do all the other contractors use?
There are other guys running Smyth out there as well. Monks have some Richard Western and Stewart trailers as well.
❤❤❤❤
