I agree with you except that her problem isn't JUST breath control..she doesn't have the range, intonation, technique..I think she could get better with lessons, but she also wasn't born with a quarter of the ability of Demi and Jojo. I don't think she could ever be "equally amazing" because no matter how hard she practices, her voice isn't that powerful. But she could get a lot better.
