In your opinion, you didn't mention anything about "fixe term certain"tenancy agreement, Lagos state tenancy law 2011,a fixed term certain tenancy,does,, not require quit notice after the rent has expired by effluxion of time,the land lord, will only give 7days notice of intentions to recover property

There are two notices, the type of tenancy determines the first and then the 7 days notice of owner’s intention to recover possession
