Renting of property to family members is worse thing to do, they will just turn landlord in your own property. Setting rules and covenant is necessary, most of these tenant will come single to rent a house and after few months..you will start seeing all there village people in the house and hence, causing nuisance to other tenants ranging from consuming more water, making suck away pit to full earlier than it should be. Landlord's should be doing thorough screening or employ professionals to be doing it for them. Nice one dear
