It's funny, the Lenovo support site told me to select "Lenovo" in the Control Panel. There is no such choice in there. Thank you for actually taking the time to put up something that works!

Depends on the model. I have a Thinkpad P16 Gen1 and the Fn and Ctrl keys are the same size. I enabled the Fn key swap option in the BIOS and pysically swapped the key caps.
It still baffles my mind what Lenovo was thinking. I have 30 years of muscle memory pressing the Ctrl key with my pinky, because literally every other keyboard has the left Ctrl key at the same position. The original position of the Fn key on my Thinkpad was driving me crazy.
