When you are raised and fostered as a "female" when you are a dude; it's hard, man. You have to deal with the crazy shit of what I call, "girls' diplomacy", which is too difficult. Don't get me wrong, It's a beautiful world from the outside (as a romantic relationship), but living in it and being forced to deal with "belonging" in the wrong gender box; it sucks.

It's honestly just such a positive thing that your life changed for the better in many regards. And I can't speak for anyone else, but personally I wouldn't mind it in the least if you decided to completely stop RUclips/your online presence full stop if it was in the knowledge that it means that you have moved on to being able to lead a happier, better life without NEEDING the channel as a coping mechanism anymore. Not that I wouldn't also be happy about any video that you upload BECAUSE YOU WANT TO/FEEL LIKE IT. If and when you decide to upload I'll still be here to support you and be happy about hearing from you again. But it's honestly such a genuinely positive thing that you seem to have gotten to a point where you don't DEPEND on your channel as a coping strategy/way of getting through tough times. hearing you say you actually love yourself now really made me tear up. i remember first finding your channel right when the 100 ways to come out video was blowing up, i was about 11 and your videos were kind of my escape. you were one of the only people who i could relate to (i'm not trans, i'm bi, just struggling with depression and still am). now 3 years later, i'm 14 and a lot more comfortable with who i am. take as much time as you need, you've been such a beacon of light in other people's lives, you deserve a break every once in a while. you truly deserve the world, kovu.
This is a fantastic video! hearing you say you have compassion and patience for yourself is really amazing to hear from anyone and i'm so happy you are doing better now and recognize so lucidly all this stuff about who you are and your emotions and relationships and stuff. 16:20 When you start talking about your life now, there's such an emotional shift and we can really feel your peace and enjoyment there. Your self care and well being (as harshly worded as it may be) will always be more important than the opinion as a stranger behind a screen. Thank you for the smiles and the laughs when I needed them as a young trans kid. I'll always be grateful for that but the reality of it is, I'm a stranger to you just like any other follower. You don't owe me or anyone else anything. You're a human with a life and things happening behind the scenes and I feel like people form parasocial relationships and forget that. It's normal for younger folks to do but it is good to have reminders at times that there is so much more to the online personalities we psyche ourselves into thinking we have a personal connection with. Oh kovu, I'm so sorry you feel the need to explain yourself to a group of people within this community you've created :( Its important to have priorities and interests change, especially over 6 years, or else we will never develop as people. I dont think some people manage to grasp that just yet. But I'm glad you can accept that perhaps you don't want to or feel the need to post so often these days. I spent quite a few hours yesterday watching your videos and added a couple of comments to them. From this video I have a few comments, I am almost old enough to be your mothers grandfather so please don't dismiss the comments. First everyone should love them selves as if you don't nobody else can. Talking to the camera is a great way to sort out your problems as you are not being listened to and nobody can help anyway because you are the only person with the same problem, obviously not true but that is how you think when you young.
I started watching your videos around the time I came out, which was a little over 4 years ago. I think you had ~5K subscribers or so, but your video about how to bind got pretty popular which is how I found you. If I remember right, you’re just a month or so younger than me, and I’m now 19. I largely stopped watching trans content on RUclips when I went on T because it didn’t feel super relevant to me anymore, but I was reminded of you a few minutes ago and decided to see how you were doing! I’m not surprised to see that you’ve changed a lot. I definitely have as well. That’s fair. The internet is kind of a hellscape right right, so I’ve really been avoiding anything that I haven’t heavily curated to be decent for me. I’m off of every social media besides snapchat, which I only use for friends and don’t really make anything public. Honestly I still need to get off it more, since even my typical RUclips feed is still toxic. It’s great to see how you’ve grown over the years. I’m glad you’re doing well.

When you are raised and fostered as a "female" when you are a dude; it's hard, man. You have to deal with the crazy shit of what I call, "girls' diplomacy", which is too difficult. Don't get me wrong, It's a beautiful world from the outside (as a romantic relationship), but living in it and being forced to deal with "belonging" in the wrong gender box; it sucks.

It's honestly just such a positive thing that your life changed for the better in many regards. And I can't speak for anyone else, but personally I wouldn't mind it in the least if you decided to completely stop RUclips/your online presence full stop if it was in the knowledge that it means that you have moved on to being able to lead a happier, better life without NEEDING the channel as a coping mechanism anymore. Not that I wouldn't also be happy about any video that you upload BECAUSE YOU WANT TO/FEEL LIKE IT. If and when you decide to upload I'll still be here to support you and be happy about hearing from you again. But it's honestly such a genuinely positive thing that you seem to have gotten to a point where you don't DEPEND on your channel as a coping strategy/way of getting through tough times. So, really, what I'm trying to say is that I'm actually very happy for you and how far you've come 😀

hearing you say you actually love yourself now really made me tear up. i remember first finding your channel right when the 100 ways to come out video was blowing up, i was about 11 and your videos were kind of my escape. you were one of the only people who i could relate to (i'm not trans, i'm bi, just struggling with depression and still am). now 3 years later, i'm 14 and a lot more comfortable with who i am. take as much time as you need, you've been such a beacon of light in other people's lives, you deserve a break every once in a while. you truly deserve the world, kovu.
This is a fantastic video! hearing you say you have compassion and patience for yourself is really amazing to hear from anyone and i'm so happy you are doing better now and recognize so lucidly all this stuff about who you are and your emotions and relationships and stuff. 16:20 When you start talking about your life now, there's such an emotional shift and we can really feel your peace and enjoyment there. It's tangible and it's a wonderful wonderful thing.

Your self care and well being (as harshly worded as it may be) will always be more important than the opinion as a stranger behind a screen. Thank you for the smiles and the laughs when I needed them as a young trans kid. I'll always be grateful for that but the reality of it is, I'm a stranger to you just like any other follower. You don't owe me or anyone else anything. You're a human with a life and things happening behind the scenes and I feel like people form parasocial relationships and forget that. It's normal for younger folks to do but it is good to have reminders at times that there is so much more to the online personalities we psyche ourselves into thinking we have a personal connection with. Your mental well being and growth is so much more important than any video or post, and I'm happy to hear that you are doing well- and I wish you luck in life!

I have missed you so much and not seeing I felt bad. Your make are day and you have touch so many people in there heart and soul to get where you are today. You giving advice and so people how to deal with problems with your body you showed how to deal with and gave prizes away. When new year's came you mad all the video's of all those people you touched was remarkable. But now the involvement you are now is changing you. I dont think some people manage to grasp that just yet. But I'm glad you can accept that perhaps you don't want to or feel the need to post so often these days. I started watching your videos around the time I came out, which was a little over 4 years ago. I think you had ~5K subscribers or so, but your video about how to bind got pretty popular which is how I found you. If I remember right, you’re just a month or so younger than me, and I’m now 19. I largely stopped watching trans content on RUclips when I went on T because it didn’t feel super relevant to me anymore, but I was reminded of you a few minutes ago and decided to see how you were doing! I’m not surprised to see that you’ve changed a lot. I definitely have as well. That’s fair.
The internet is kind of a hellscape right right, so I’ve really been avoiding anything that I haven’t heavily curated to be decent for me. I’m off of every social media besides snapchat, which I only use for friends and don’t really make anything public. Honestly I still need to get off it more, since even my typical RUclips feed is still toxic.
