diversity of classes is key, BUT i will say stacking spriests is the one thing to do right now. and shamans of course..unfortunately shamans will always be stacked. to be fair though the class stacking was rewarded in previous phases. now we are rewarded for bringing everything
On Jammal using a fell hunter for the buble dispell is sooo eficient with dispel on *auto* you dont even have the time to see the buble and its allrdy dispelled and you save your priest mana
I'm not sure Sarthe is a good reference. Iv noticed many points over the course of sod that he's not just been incorrect on his guides and also flat out lied to suit his narrative on mele hunter. He did this back in tbc on his feral druid as well.
i think its not fair to judge on a mistake in a guide, approaching guides as the only one true source of information on a class is the mistake to make. the best players are always taking multiple sources of information and combining them. look at class discords, someone will say something and someone else will say something different. if you listen to one source you are always limiting yourself and no top player would do that

At the start of phase 2 when mele hunter was top dps by far he showed a graph where mele hunter was third he did this by finding a percentile where hunter wasn't top and then only showed 1 single parse frome each class in that percentile instead of a cross section of multiple parses. Flat out lies and dishonesty and it's constant in his videos not just once in a while and it's always to fit his narrative, he's been doing this for years.

Thanks for the video Jerome! Just a quick note that I think you got wrong. Hunters are always going to be the poorest scaling physical dps unless they fundamentally changed things about classic. They will always look really good and week to week fall behind since they can do great with pre-BIS but don’t get alot from the gear upgrades.
it's a great point, i have noticed my hunter didn't get better at 40 with new gear. at least with aoe the main damage ie explosive shot basically never gets better. i should have thought of that, thanks for bringign it up zdubzz. still they are blasting even without their new bows and the new bows are BIG
Expensive for new stv items? I Got to 60 After 5 hours via incursions then did 2 stv events and upgraded my priest ring. Literally completed their content in one day
Went in Saturday and got 6/8 down with whoever hit 50 first, by no means a good comp but found the bosses a good challenge. Can see nerfs on the horizon for all The dad guilds though otherwise I see a massive drop in raids being done

I am seriously debating on skipping ST as a whole this phase and focusing on farming gold and materials for level 60. I missed out on a large portion of phase 2 due to life complications and i am seriously far behind. I'm ready for your gold making tips this phase boss!
hi chubbycoconut, I would say THIS is the #1 time to farm materials, things in the open world. ie mining, herbs. people are not doing these activities and you can print money. then come to the raid in a few weeks and you will have an amazing time. you could also go into an already-cleared raid and do the crafting questlines so you wouldn't be very far behind at all
Incursions are fun but the xp and gold bloat is bad. Still made my gold and xp, however gotta look at the big picture. Killing it skinning so far haven't even bothered mining, maybe just a little. Just hope ranged hunter is raid DPS competitive or I'm going back to my warrior. I do think MM will shine this season. GL everyone :) Keep in mind this is seasonal/progressive content.... Cata HYPE!!!!
honestly incursions remind me a lot of runescape, not sure if you know that game but they added this thing called zulrah that basically printed all the hard to get materials. reminds me of that with skinning. nobody wants to skin, so they just print skinning mobs for us lol. as for ranged hunter, it BLASTS and i cant wait to level mine up asap. very very excited. get your hunter into the raid and see for yourself my friend

@@jonipp1 yeah so the way i think you can cheese it is to take it TO the raid, activate it, summon BACK and then buy another. so you get like 1 hour 50 of first one, then a bonus
i get that tiger ray. realistically any casters and melee work right now. haven't really seen a big difference. but hunters are overpowered in all scenarios and that should be mentioned. they are the god class again for high end dungeons and raids ie blackrock depths

they are nerfing/changing half the mechanics this week, we will see what advice still ends up being relevant. big thing imo is that it's a progression raid, with a pug more than 6/8 right now is impossible. they will make sweeping changes

Didn't feel impossible but definitely need to learn mechs to progress we only got 3 kills. I don't see 100% pug raids clearing until everyone gets experienced which is gonna take awhile

The raid wasnt too bad. We got to last boss. Trying it tonight. Bosses wernt too hard. The amount of trash in the raid is really silly though

yeah its not too bad, 5/8 is good, it took us 5 hours to get that far. did you get any loot? feel like the loot is still not enough for 20man

melee is good, they just need their runes. 1k+ dps is possible with melee. blizz did a sneaky trick where they locked your dps behind runes this time

whaat? it's 15 silver coins lol. you get 7500 bronze per MATCH?
@@NOHITJEROME it's 100 copper is a silver. So yeah. It is easy. Good groups get 1k plus per run. So 10 silver per event minimum.

A constant raid group is nice because eventually people wont need the same loot as you. Your odds are way worse in a pug.

the st gear is garbzge, not rewarding for the difficulty compared to gnomer gear. Complete garbage
