I’m nearly 70yo, and having grown up in the TCities, I spent many late summer days at the great Mn get together. I’ve been in Or since 1992 and haven’t been back for the fair. Thank you for this spectacular tour…it brought back great memories!
Thank you for attending the Great Minnesota get together. IIm from Indiana and I have been 3 times and everytime I go there it just gets better.
..Great the Minnesota Fairgrounds kept/retained 70 plus years of vintage buildings that identify with old school State Fair imagery, unlike the Wisconsin State Fair, which tore down all but one vintage building turning the fair into a drab metal pole barn and canvas tent venue. Looks like im headed to Minnestoa next year for their fair. Great posting !
As a lifelong Minnesotan, I always love going to the State Fair. I'm glad you both enjoyed yourself and hope you'll come back. I will be there tomorrow... and Tuesday... and Thursday... and Labor Day. 😁

Welcome to the best fair in the states. I'm gonna miss it...I go every year .it's a Minnesota tradition..I wll miss the great Minnesota get together..but I moved .now I get to see the 1st biggest... Texas 💯💯❤️❤️😍😍.... we're the 2nd largest....but let's hope it's as good as ours...👍👍👌👌we will see.. love the channel..keep up the amazing work..and little know fact..go to the fair at night..less busy and all the lights 💯❤️😍

FYI, you were not in Minneapolis, you were in the little suburb of Falcon Heights!
Everyone knows that you end the fair at the midway when it’s dark! It’s way cooler. And at 10:00 pm the fireworks start :)
You should have got a list of free entertainment. There is tons did you go to the 4 H building
Next time you need to go with a local and look for the best day to go. It's all about checking out your favorite local TV and radio shows broadcasting from the The Fair. Going to all the free concerts all around The Fair like Soul Asylum and The Bacon Bros. You have to ride the Skyride and see and the bras that are added daily to the roof of Little Farm Hands (a kids version of farm life). Plus no cheese curds from Mouse Trap, mini donuts, cookies, or corn? You savages😂😂😂
Good choice. Love the skyride. should have got the tenders at lulu's. Legend could do a whole new video and not show anything twice. It's amazing. Walking around looking at everything MN has to offer is the attraction at the fair.

You can thank FDR and all the social programs he started to get Americans back to work during the Depression. All the fair buildings were built by those programs
It's not in Minneapolis, it's in Falcon Heights, MN.
My only knock against the fair is they really need to move the fair to larger fair grounds. It’s outgrown the site it’s on and it’s not fun when there’s not even enough room to walk.
Hey Legend, did you get a new camera or do something to your settings in the past few months?
Seems like in all recent videos it's hard to hear your commentary over the background noise, and your videos weren't like that in the past.
I do always appreciate the live commentary though, could never get into other vloggers that put music or voice over their stuff in post. Just wondered if you knew the audio changed and if you could figure out a way to tweak it.

The Minnesota State Fair isn't in Minneapolis. It is located in Falcon Heights, which is in Ramsey County. Minneapolis is located in Hennepin County.

Tamato, tomato. It’s the Twin Cities. Just like some addresses show up as Minneapolis (when you live in Blaine) and Saint Paul (when you live in Cottage Grove) it’s not that big of a deal.

it is not minneapolis. it is a small separte area that is ramsey county. is is close to falcon heits and saint paul but is not any city. it is ramsey county much like disney is its own town.
Do the Puyallup Fair next. Its not quite as big, but its outstanding, and its got a John Miller classic woodie that is incredible.

A little bit, but we were at the fair for about 12 hours so was very spread out
Sadly, not everyone can afford to go.
Save yourself and don’t ride iron dragon. I rode it there this year and never will again. It sounds very creaky and it could definitely break at anytime. The ride is experience is nothing special and the seats are really crowded.

Wow, what a jerk! It’s in the Minneapolis metro. No one knows, or heard of Falcon Heights.
